Ruthven Street Motor Inn

The staff were lovely and polite, the rooms were great sizes and lovely and clean, we really loved the dispenser in the bathrooms with shower gel, shaving cream etc... as we have never seen that before. We were located nice and close to the bowling alley where we needed to go to for a competition for the children, we had multiple groups stay in the motr in and we were all very greatful that our rooms were close to each other and last but not least we loved the fact we could hire a cot for my Granddaughter who is only 2 and a half months old. Thank you Ruthven Street Motor Inn, we will stay with you again real soon.

Owners were very friendly, professional & efficient; noting was too muhc trouble, room was well presented & well located, with tea & coffee making facilities AND biscuits! The whole site was clean & well presented, particuarly like the location of the room I stayed in; given this motel is located on a very busy major road into & out of Toowoomba, the location was very quiet when compared to other motels I have stayed in on the same street

Not much to talk about here at all

Very comfortable bed. Tea coffee and biscuits excellent. Good hot shower, bit dated but clean and functional. Very friendly service. Cafes and shops close by. Excellent quiet air conditioner.

Room windows were blacked out which didn't allow natural light in unless the window was slid over whereby a cold wind came in. Can't think why the windows would be blacked out - perhaps for people wanting a heavy sleep. With no natural light, the interior lights were somewhat on the weak side making reading difficult.

Spacious room, a very comfy bed, a convenient location, and everything I needed for a short stay. great water pressure and temperature in the shower. The room was available and the lovely host was happy to let us check in a little early :)

I had to shut the windows to reduce noise from traffic and other guests - the Monday morning exodus started just after 4 am.

Great location, minutes walk from restaurants. Great price for our family stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely and attentive. We loved the pool and the comfy beds. Will definitely stay again.

Space is limited but that is usual for motels. The carpark could be hard to navigate when full.

The room was very clean with a comfy bed. Staff were very helpful when required. Location was a 2 minute walk to a GYG and Hungry Jacks amongst others. Room was a decent size with a fridge and microwave.

The street noise can be a bit loud at times but heard nothing from the other rooms. With the windows shut it was a manageable level of traffic sound.

The self contained rooms were large and provided all we needed during our stay. The fridge was excellent being normal sized rather than a bar fridge, we were able to store and cook food with ease. The heating kept the room warm and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were responsive to our needs, and very accommodating to our requests.

Good location, nice comfortable room, lovely hot shower. The managers were friendly and very pleasant.

The heating for the air conditioning was not efficient - just did not seem to work properly. It only worked efficiently and warmed me up in the morning when I turned it up to 30 degrees but at 25 degrees it was hopeless.

Enjoyed our one night stay at Ruthven St Motor Inn. Received a friendly welcome upon arrival and were given a quiet room away from any noise as we had requested. The room was in good order, the bed comfortable and the shower excellent. Appreciated the warm bedding provided as it was a cold night. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again if we return to Toowoomba.

Room, bathroom, toilet was clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. I was happy to use an air conditioner like a heater so room was warm and nice.

I leaved the hotel in Sunday morning 8am. Reception was closed so I couldn't check out. I was little bit worry about a key.
