The Location was central to everything in Toowoomba. The room was exceptionally clean and staff in reception and cleaners were friendly and helpful. Of importance was the bed, which was very comfy and as Toowoomba is known for it's 'cool' weather, I really appreciated how the room was already warmed up as I arrived after hours. It's a friendly, family atmosphere at Country Gardens Motor Inn, and I shall return!

There was nothing I could find fault with. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy Toowoomba more.

This was by far our fave place we stayed on our 3 week road trip. Our kids were so stoked to arrive and find their beds were on the second story loft. The room was really big and clean. The welcome book included menus for local restaurants so getting take-out for dinner was really easy. The fridge was big. It was close to everything. Each room has a dedicated park right outside. There were three tvs. Good wifi. Easy to check out as we just left the key in the room.

The lady that booked us in was an absolute gem. I usually get judged cause I'm covered in tattoos but she made me feel so comfortable and welcome while being super helpful in giving the rundown of the place. She needs a pay rise! Or a paid holiday!

The Bed was a little hard for our personal preference but that's always luck of the draw when staying somewhere other than your own bed. It definitely didn't impact our stay.

The room smelt fresh, clean and pleasant aroma. The bed was comfortable . Having a lounge and table and chairs was welcome change from other accommodation such as Noahs at Newcastle . The room layout and free Wi-Fi was spacious and accessible . Noise was reduced and minimal in turn made for a good nights sleep after driving 350kms. Overall, a very pleasant stay highly recommend this accommodation

Location excellent!! Parking was easy to access even with a bigger vehicle No road noise despite being close to main road. Staff helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were hairs on the sink and shower recess. It should have been wiped down properly.

Spacious room with very high ceilings which is good for a tall person who can feel claustrophobic in a small room. Good location, quiet despite being on a main road, and prompt service provided.

Couldn't work out that the TV needed to be turned on and a button on the side table pressed before it would work. We then couldn't get the sound or channels to work on the bedroom remote.

The suite was quite roomy and comfy. The staff put the heater on in the rooms before our arrival as we got in late, that was a lovely welcome. Everything was neat, tidy and clean. The staff were super accommodating and really nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The beds needed either electric blankets or winter sheets in winter.

Country Gardens Motor Inn was clean, comfortable and a very convenient location to shops, hotels and parks. Nicole was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I found the price to be very reasonable. I would certainly recommend this Motor Inn.

We were pleased there was a microwave and toaster in the room, however there were no plates or cutlery except teaspoons.

Right from booking it was an easy process, check in was really quick and before I knew it I was in my room. Easy to find location, room service was available, there was also a restaurant with the menu in the room, which I would have used if I was staying longer. My trip was for work so parking at the door was really important and it was in a quiet area of Tooowoomba, not on a main road. The room was clean and comfortable with a tea/coffee making facilities, tv & DVD player, couch, queen bed and table and chairs.

Other guests parking across multiple car parks but that was fixed with a quick call.

Staff were great, the room was huge, wasn't expecting a loft with extra bedding, etc.

It's a little dated in general. Shower head looks like it needs a good scrub or updating (produced fantastic showers none the less). Toowoomba is a VERY cold place to be in Winter, so the heating needs to be adequate/up to date to suit. We had a reverse cycle window rattler style aircon upstairs, which is a little on the loud side and kept the chill at bay mostly, but apart from all that, it's a great place to stay.
