The room was spacious and very clean. The room seemed if it had been recently updated so everything seemed fresh and new. The bathroom was sparkling clean and very spacious. The location was fantastic just a short walk to the park across the road and 5 minute walk to the city centre. Our daughter was coming to stay with a new baby and the reception assisted us ensuring having a room next door. My huband and I had a premiere deluxe room which had a double and single bed along with a small sittinging area with 3 chairs, Our daughter had a similiar room which made it fantastic for us to sit and chat together while the baby was sleeping. Although reception isn't manned check in was super easy - collecting keys from deposit box, Staff were also on site to help out. So all in all great place for a weekend or overnight stay.

The accomodation was all you needed for a short stay. The only thing that the exterior of the property to could do with a touch up. However our room suited our needs and was quite large and comfprtable.

The motel is opposite City Park, was nice to have that so close for some peace and quiet. The staff sent me instructions to get the key from a lock box, all of that was easy. Plenty of car parking. The walk into the town center is only about 10 minutes. There is a steep driveway from the road up to the motel rooms, so if you have difficulty walking and don't have a car, this might be an issue. The room was comfortable and a good size.

Room was spacious, looks like it was normally containing two beds. Tv was fine. They had a fridge. Room was quiet. This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was a much more modern room. Both times the shower was hot and had nice rain shower heads. Both times the rooms had a coffee table and chairs to relax. The first room had a separate kitchen sink. Overall both rooms were comfortable.

The second room did not have a toaster or utensils. The bed headrest looked like it was from the 1970s. There were no staff onsite. We picked up the key from a shared lockbox, which introduces some risk.

Only minor issue was the cleaner using her keycard to come in unannounced while I was still in bed. She apologized right away but luckily I was awake. This was around 8:30am-8:45am so I thought check out was 10am and had little bit of time to rest and get ready to leave. Maybe a miscommunication on the cleaner but a door knock would have been enough. Overall experience was fine.

Our room was at the back of the property and well positioned for privacy and access . The room was very clean and tidy with everything in it`s place. I can`t sat anything more as we loved our stay

What can I say there was nothing that we did`nt like about our stay, we had no problems except for a pesky Possum that decided to do a tap dance on the roof.

Great location close to city centre with direct access to City Park. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. All the staff we met were most friendly and helpful. On our request, a microwave was installed in the room.

Office hours were rather limited due to unexpected staff shortages. The driveway is quite steep and there are several steps, as are many places in Launceston. It is quite manageable for those without mobility issues.

The room was nice and spacious and what I expected.

Just be aware there's no reception staff. It was no problem for me, and communication over phone and email was great, and I had no issues, but it would mean it could take a bit longer to resolve an issue if it arose.

The room was light and spacious. It was clean and enough space for making hot drinks etc was adequate. The bed was comfortable and an extra blanket plus electric blanket for winter nights was available. I would have liked a microwave in the room, otherwise excellent location for walking to the Aquatic centre, shops and restaurants and it was opposite the lovely city park.

The room ,location and cleanliness adequately met our needs at a difficult time.

Two things! The provision of some plates to assist with our take-away food. Secondly, the vey limited reception hours made for some difficulties.

Very clean and comfortable

Did not like the unattended reception - had to check email and grab key from locked box. Moving towards unmanned reception but I would not stay again for that reason. I like to see a face, please.
