I have stayed here on many occasions....love the Country club for convenience ie having everything on site - Golf, Restaurants and Casino We hired a car which did make it easier to get into town but you certainly could stay here without one

The only problem we have with this property is that the only Breakfast option is to pay $29.95 per person for a buffet This is fine if you want a Buffet however we just wanted a coffee and toast and there is no option of this We were told to head to the coffee shop at the other end of the property which does toasted sandwiches etc however they don't open until 9.00am and as we were playing golf at 9.00 this wasn't an option for us It wouldn't be hard to offer this option in the restaurant!

Dinner was most enjoyable and staff were exceptional. Staff at lunch and breakfast were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Lift access was appreciated. Early check in was not a problem.

I would have liked more information in the room about organizing dining. It would have been helpful to have detailed information about the dining options along with instructions on how to book a table, Television remote very unhelpful. Could not work out how to access local programs or switch on sound. Did not enjoy the breakfast experience: only one tea/coffee dispenser working and fresh fruit and egg options were limited.

We loved that when we opened the curtains in the morning we had wallaby's outside the window. The surroundings were beautiful very peaceful. We had the buffet breakfast which we enjoyed. We enjoyed our swim in the pool and relaxing in the spa. The rooms were very quiet, beds and pillows very comfortable. Great place for golfers.

When we went to the pool there was no towels, we had to use the towels from our room. There was 3 of us staying in the room but only 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 body wash was left.

One of your staff members, I think his name was Rashid went over and beyond for me, finding super glue for my shoe, thank you Rashid, I really appreciated your help 😊

The only thing I could say was we were booked for dinner for a party of 50 people, there werent enough table settings and we were told there was another booking coming in, so we had to be out by 7.15pm . We all felt rushed and never even got to have the cake as time ran out. 50 people at $49 per person should have been able to stay at the tables as long as we liked in my opinion.

Room was amazing. A suite, with full TV service, even sports channel. Comfy sofa, great mini bar with a sink. Fab bathroom, 2 toilets! Which we really appreciated. Huge jacuzzi bath. Great views across golf area and lake, with nice little balcony. Fabulous value for money,

I am being picky now, but some drawer space, and a suitcase store would have been good. Slippers would have been appreciated. Breakfast options were limited. Only the full Buffet, and only until 10am. No breakfast alternatives. Evening meals were somewhat cateenish - but there was a 'fine dining' option that we didn't try.

The ground of the resort was lovely with local fauna and the architect of the building is beautiful to explore. Also the pool was nice, though could be bigger. I like how it provides nice body lotion as a free amenity. The demographic of people staying seem to be older generation getting away to enjoy a bit of casino.

- Car park so far away from resort requiring walks to reach car - Long walks with heavy luggage to reach room - The bed is not as supportive and too soft

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was very spacious and opulent, although a little outdated with its decor. The breakfast buffet was good, and we received a friendly greeting and good service from Marsha.

The greeting from reception was very poor. Not the welcome that you would expect from a hotel of this standard and especially after a long journey. We were very surprised that the main bar and the main restaurant (Links) weren’t open on Wednesday night.

The room was lovely, nice big comfy beds. I asked for a quiet room and this was provided. A choice of restaurants for evening meal was available. The location was alright for us but a way from Launceston itself.

Check in was impersonal in my view. The car park is away from the entrance to the hotel but at least you can park near to pick up and drop off bags. The buffet breakfast was expensive for what it was and the food was cold, cold plates did contribute to that.

Beautiful location and super friendly staff. Everything located within walking distance so great for families. Everything was very clean. We loved watching the animals outside our window. Our favourite thing was the horse riding, great value for money and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely be booking here again :)

Unfortunately there were construction works going on at the time around the lake etc but I know that’s only temporary. Hopefully when we return they won’t be there :)

Highly recommend buffet dinner in Links restaurant! Staff throughout the Club were very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable. Gardens are exceptionally well kept.

Shower not very good - took long time to get hot water (didn't need to use any cold water) and one of those shower heads where you need to run around underneath it to get wet! Buffet breakfast not as good as the dinner - why do they never cook the bacon crispy? However there is a good selection for breakfast.
