Excellent, upstairs room on the edge of the golf course. A great view out the kitchen window. The fridge was a good size for the 4 days of our stay and the kitchen was clean and adequately equipped. The rooms were quiet and generally comfortable. The staff were really kind to us and helped us with our bags up, and later down, the stairs.

The coffee at Bolters was too weak. The steps presented a bit of an issue which we hadn’t anticipated as we both have minor mobility issues.

Good size. Sunny aspect. Reception staff very efficient. Daily service was a bonus. Quiet and good location

Just a couple of minor issues, that were reported to reception on check out. Leaking toilet cistern refilled every half an hour (noisily) and TV in bedroom not working. Lounge area was rather empty with only a couple of lonely looking chairs and coffee table. A couch would have been nice. Realise that this is partly due to a wall bed. Shower pressure needed a bit of adjusting to get right.

Quiet and easy access to the Launceston town and places of interest

1) No fan or air con in the bedroom. Can get pretty hot at night as we were staying there during summer 2) Clear parking signage for non resident/visitors to park their cars. Residents should register their car number/license on checking in so that it is easier for the receptionist/front desk to locate if someone else parked in the allocated parking lot.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and good sized villa. Kids loved the swimming pool and big lovely green grassed areas.

The couch was uncomfortable and bed was so soft in the main bedroom so it was difficult to get comfy as the pillows were also large and soft too. All other beds were good. Whilst I didn't go to watch TV, the kids complained about there only being 'free to air channels' so they couldn't sit and watch it and instead went to the park until 10pm.

The main bed was like a board to sleep on there was no give in the mattress not good when you have a bad back. The tiled floors need a really good clean when wiping the floor with the towels to mop up drips of water the towel had black marks on it. Perhaps a steam clean every now and then would be a good idea. The revers cycle heat systems need a good service.

I was staying for five nights and wanted an apartment so I could cook and/or entertain as needed. Pre-check in made everything easy, parking was easy, the apartment was quiet (except for happy hour on Friday night - sorry), free guest laundry (although not utilised), bistro on site and easy access to the Casino via the shuttle bus. Overall a brilliant experience.

Nothing - could not fault the venue in any way.

The bed I slept in was a pull down bed, very comfy as I slept really well. the only very small issue was the soap etc was replenished and after along day we came back looking for a cup of tea but tea bags weren't replenished, at the time the office was closed. We could have bought some while we were out if we thought about it

nothing it was very restfull being right on the golf course. birds and kangaroos everywhere

We love staying at Country Club Villas. It is comfortable and we like the location as it's quiet. You can also do a few walks in the area including duck feeding at the lake, Country Club also have other paid activities that you can do. Free parking and relatively close to the city.

The villas are starting to show their age and need a bit of sprucing. Whilst the villas have Foxtel, the free-to-air is not good as many channels can't be accessed (you can hear the program but can't see the picture).

Being upgraded from a single bedroom to a two bedroom was a nice surprise.

The swimming pool was a little cold, plus the exit from the swimming pool was slippery, a young girl slipped over and fell hard onto the ground while we were entering the swimming pool area, as she was leaving there. I suggest management do something about this before someone is seriously hurt.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool and gym were great along with Bolters restaurant. Great value for money, would definitely stay here again.

The air-conditioning doesn't quite reach the bedroom which can make it hard to sleep on warm summer nights.
