Fabulous freindly staff who went out of their way to please, great food/eataries, top location within easy walking distance to shops entertainment, and restuarants. Unfortunately there are no lifts only stairs but I was able to manage the two flights with the aid of the handrails. The staff took my luggage upto my comfortable room/ and dowstairs when I left easy exit just left my room key in the keybox. On the outside the only downside is geting a taxi is a nightmare which is surprising considering Launceston is Tasmanias' second largest city after Hobart. DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMEND AND I WILL BE COMMING BACK TO STAY.

I absolutely loved staying at this adorable little hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were friendly, the food was absolutely amazing, the location was great, and the rooms were adorable. I will definitely be recommending this to place to everyone.

Personally for me, the beds were way too hard. For someone with a bad back, it made the stay very uncomfortable. I was disappointed that I paid for a good night's sleep, but never had the chance to enjoy it due to the hardness of the bed. It was like I was sleeping on the floor!

It's just a relaxed friendly value for money place. I feel secure and looked after.

A few of the door handles seem quite loose and it made me apprehensive in getting either locked in out or damaging it myself which would never be my intention

Staff were absolutely amazing. Sarah and Matt thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. Don’t let ‘Em, Ang, Abby or your chefs go anywhere as they are an absolute asset for you. Location was walking distance to everything I needed.

The location was good being in the centre of Launceston. Felt really safe will double security doors before getting to we’re all the rooms are. staff were friendly and was very convenient having a restaurant/ bar down stairs. food was also delicious and the beverages were a really good quality.

Was hard to get to the rooms with heavy luggage. notice heavy amounts of dust on the light cover, on top of the wardrobe and window seal. only minded because I’m asthmatic and caused a bit of discomfort with coughing and sneezing because of it.

Location is good but staff are friendly down to earth and let you have your fun. It's what hospitality is about. I spent 4 days here. 3 on my own 1 with a mate and was just relaxed great atmosphere great food drinks and banter. Well worth your stay and not over priced... my place to stay in Launceston cbd

Have been there 2 years ago ! Both times for my daughter in laws parents funerals! perfect position and food in hotel good as well! Will definetly come back again this time with husband! Woulnt think of staying anywhere else ! value for money!

Nice room, nice staff, room was clean and cozy and had everything I needed for my short stay

Little bar fridge didn’t work, or wasn’t on. Wasn’t a major issue though

Our room was at the back of the property and people with loud cars congregated in shopping centre carpark and were loud late at night.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Friday night markets, Boags brewery tour, Saturday farmers market, and central shopping facilities. If you stay over the weekend, be prepared for the noise from the evening music. We did know this beforehand.
