It is an older style hotel accommodation and priced accordingly. We booked the room with 2 single beds as it had a private bathroom. The room felt spacious and was clean, good size fridge, kettle, tea and coffee provisions, and toaster. There was a separate community lounge area down the hall with tea and coffee facilities also. It was a short walk to the light house, and a short drive to the town centre. There was no noise from the hotel below, which was nicely decorated. The staff were friendly.

There are quite a few stairs to access the accommodation floor.

Great access to the city of Launceston, easy walking distance. Good places to eat nearby. A real bar downstairs with workers and AFL on the tele is something I miss having lived in QLD for 10 years. Good local pub feel to the bar downstairs.

Everything met my expectations. Would stay here again.

Perfect location, great value. Friendly staff to check in, fantastic meals in the bar. Don't expect 5 star facilities and you'll be perfect;y happy.

Prefer 2 keys to a room.

easy to access

our room was located near the rear or the hotel and all night we had young ones out on top of the tin roof using it as a smoking/drinking area instead of the designated balcony out the front.. this was quite frustrating as every time the door was opened we were awoken to the noise of them on the tin

Great value option in a good location. Basic facilities but has everything you need. Fridge, vanity and shower in room and communal spaces. Somewhat weathered as expected for the price but generally clean and comfortable, Pleasant service.

Internet didn't work for duration of stay, didn't follow up with staff so it might have been resolved.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, food was amazing at the pub, accommodation was nice, small but good for a night or so stay with good facilities. Close to everything you need and really close to the gorge, river cruises and gardens. Perfect spot in the middle of Launceston.

That I only had one night there.

Very basic but comfortable beds and a communal lounge/bathroom (with large bathtub) available. Great location. Excellent value for money.

After using communal lounge there wasn't anywhere to clean the dishes. Left them out but nobody came to take them away and clean them. Otherwise, for the price paid, nothing to complain about.

Location was really good, nice restaurant downstairs.

Bed was abit uncomfortable but ok for the price. Toilet was abit smelly and hot water was hard to adjust and not constant (sometimes very hot/sometimes cold).. Overall acceptable though.

A room with refrigerator, shower room, toilet, kettle, heater , electric blanket, small TV screen. I enjoyed staying there.

Only small concern is traffic noise from the road and I need a help to open the entrance door.

The staff were great, friendly and professional.

Only complaint, which really isn't. The WiFi whilst upstairs did not connect to Internet
