These apartments are right in the middle.of town and you're spoilt for choice with places to eat dinner, go for a drink or brunch. You can walk to everything. The apartment is huge and bigger than expected with 2 generous bathrooms as well. For an older apartment it was impeccably clean with only minor wear and tear to furniture. Beautiful view out the window to older buildings and the clock tower.

Hard to say this, because the place is mostly great ...but the central location is good as detailed above but also difficult for parking with only 1 hour street parking even on the weekend. Also hard checking in on a Friday evening to find a park and unload our car and tired toddlers and then get all baggage up a flight of stairs to the lifts. Also the clock tower which is stunning to look at chimes loudly every 15 mins till late in the evening (maybe around 10pm I can't quite recall) and then on the hour all night till 7am where it starts again every 15 mins!! Ear plugs are provided but with toddlers I can't use them.

Brianna was wonderful and made the check in easy and effortless. Cassandra couldn't do enough for us and was very friendly and professional on check out. Nothing was too much trouble, and due to their service, we will most certainly be staying again in a few months. They are a credit to you and your company.

Someone was trying to break into the connecting door at 2 am. in the morning.. frightened the daylights out of us, and so we were awake for the whole night.. it only went on for about an hour, and then they stopped... Perhaps better signage on connecting doors would help stop any confusion I think. 👍

The accommodation - rooms and facilities - and the location were great. We could walk to lots of tourist attractions and shops. Coffee shops and cafes were close by. Everyone (reception and the information desk) were very helpful with suggestions of things to see and gave us maps and directions.

The only real issue we had was the noise. There was a bell tower close by that 'boomed' every hour day and night. One boom for each hour - so 11 times at 11 o'clock then 12 times at midnight and so on ....24 hours, every day. The water from apartments up stairs ran down pipes very near our bedroom. It sounded like it was coming into our room and it woke us at night. We could also hear conversations from the room next door. Lack of sleep was a problem for us.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We booked 2 rooms, we got an apartment that was massive! Included washing machine and dryer, 3 bathrooms, 3 rooms, full kitchen and kitchenette. Wifi worked well, right in the middle of the city, walking distance for alot of things. Wish we stayed longer

There was no parking, bit stressful as we booked this place as it had free parking for guests. The explanation was there is parking, but they had run out of parking cards. We still parked in front of the hotel, but luckily we arrived after 5pm and left before 9am otherwise it would have been city paid parking.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and spacious with excellent service. The room itself was comfortable and well equipped with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. My apartment was ready for early check-in which I really appreciated. Good location in CBD. The oven rack was lined with foil paper. Toiletries were supplied, including laundry powder and liquid. Dish washing liquid and scourer supplied. Free Wi-Fi and Foxtel TV

The noise from the city alarm clock that goes off 24/7 The noise from the garbage trucks coming from the alley very early in the morning.

Clock chimes of the Launceston GPO during sleeping hours. Looking at the water stains on ceiling ...needs some Zissner Stain Blocker applied. Unable to get breeze through bedroom window due to perspex shield attached.

The living room and bedroom were enormous and the styling is quite nice for the price. Comfortable bed and everything worked well. We also used the washing machine and dryer, which were convenient after a hiking trip. Right in the centre of Launceston so very convenient. A group of restaurants just in the next street.

The bath wasn't super clean, but not terrible. It's on a noisy main street in the city and seems to be on the 'blocky' circuit. I watched the same loud cars drive down the street several times. I guess this is fun in Launceston.
