The beds were very comfortable and the unit was modern and spacious. The television is a great size. Two bathrooms and a great size bath. The apartment is close to shops and cafe. Air conditioner fans and heats along with wood fire.

There were cobwebs in most rooms. The split air conditioner was obviously dirty. The cupboard in bedroom 2 was damaged- which we should have been made aware of.. There was many broken light bulbs throughout the apartment.

It was really clean and modern with a lovely private balcony to sit outside and eat on. The bedrooms were spacious with good storage and the place was free from clutter. Kitchen was well equipped.

Parking is in a garage and we had a roof box so couldn't get in, however, parking on the street is free and only steps away so not a problem- just thought I would mention in case you have a roof box!

Great location, easy walk to restaurants and pub. Comfortable rooms and furnishings. Nice gardens around each cottage for privacy.

Superficially clean - bathroom, kitchen but could have done with a good clean as there was dust/dirt on outside furniture and sills / skirting boards.

Love the cottage style - it was very quiet and peaceful.

- this did not worry me but may be helpful for future guests…. Shower head is spraying water from attachment to wall which may get worse & there is also a very big spider web in the corner of the window above the shower that you may want to remove!!! 😬

Location was great, Booking process was extremely easy, Amenities supplied were fantastic, was wonderfully clean and very well presented.

Bath tap was dripping (Not enough to annoy us but for reference), toilet seat was loose or missing a screw holding it down, bathroom door was off the hinges, (again didn't bother us, but for reference), when we turned the spa bath on there was some kind of film that came out of the jets.

Charming and very comfortable cottage. The kitchen was well equipped, though, as befitting a beach house, some appliances were rather old. A long, but easy, walk into the centre of Barwon Heads. Enjoyed the selection of books and magazines and just chilling out on the daybeds and lounges. We could have stayed longer. There's a lot to see, do and eat on the Bellarine Peninsula.

As warned, the internet was frequently not great and we experienced dropouts trying to watch Netflix on the TV. Disney+ didn't seem to work at all. A few little issues with the bathrooms and we couldn't find any wood for the fire, though we didn't look very hard. Fan remote worked fans in both bedrooms, which caused some problems until we figured out what was going on.

*Cannot talk highly enough about the staff, particularly Chris and Natasha. Natasha was lovely when we spoke on the phone. I lost my key at the beach and Chris was so helpful in helping me regain access to the property after hours and checked on me the next day. I appreciated the personal interaction and commitment to making sure everything was okay *So close to the main strip in Barwon Heads and a very short drive to Ocean Grove *Loved the personal touch of chocolates *On-site parking and also comfortable on-street parking, too *The spa bath was incredible

*The first room I stayed in had a bit of a humming noise that made it a little tricky to fall asleep *The Wifi was spotty

Quiet and comfortable at a reasonable price for Barwon.

A bit further out of town than I thought, but flat and walkable about 20 mins. There were some cleaning issues. An old biscuit found under the couch and dusty corners.

We were having our first night away from our kids in 10 years. The apartment was exactly what we need to rest and relax. Communication with the owners were quick and they always responded with kindness and warmth. This will be our go to place from now on.

The place was wonderful! The hosts were lovely and very responsive. The location was perfect and the place felt very private and quiet despite having people stay close by. We loved how clean the it was also. Some lovely little touches like leaving firewood for us. We would absolutely go back and recommend to friends. One of new our favourite holiday destinations.

Very little to say only that the shower temp / pressure in the ensuite bathroom might need fixing.
