Fabulous location and cosy cottage. This is our 2nd visit to Ti-tree cottages and we love the proximity to the beach. The cottages are a little dated but have lots of charm

wifi didn't work - no staff around to inform as the office is unmanned after 1.30pm Not enough body wash, shampoo etc - only 1 tube between 2 people for 2 days. I didn't bring toiletries as i thought these would be provided, so this was disappointing for the money paid. I tried to locate staff but again office was closed. Charger for the bluetooth speaker didn't work. Would have scored higher if not for these few issues. It's a great place to stay

The seclusion of each property, how they were nestled amongst trees etc ... The happy smile at the other end of the phone while booking. The smell of the wood cabin and the open fire. Cosy couch with hot chocolate option and and a warm couch rug to top it off. The spa, the beds and the night light in the staircase for the children upstairs. Everything about this property was perfect. The location was spot on, with a short stroll to the beach. We are coming back and I would say it will be a family tradition.

Realising in the first 1 hour of being there, that we should have booked for a much longer stay. There was nothing we did not like here.

Cozy cabin with all amenities included. We didn't have to request for anything additional as everything is well planned for in your stay - late check in box with clear instructions and early check-out box at reception makes it super convenient for people to pick and drop off keys without having to wait for someone to be attended by. The kitchen had everything required to make a meal and even a coffee machine which you most often never get in other stays. Its the perfect place to just unwind, relax and have a perfect getaway!

Bed was double, could have done better with a queen size. Also wasn't very comfy as it was too soft and we were used to firm/ medium firm mattresses. Games room could do with some uplift. The pool table space wasn't enough and the foosball table had missing rungs.

The log cottages are so cosy and loved the open fireplace. It feels very secluded and peaceful. The beds were super comfy and the place nice and clean 😀 Rhe kids loved being able to borrow games and DVDs to enjoy. Loft bedroom - definitely a hit!The nature playground was cute, great for little monkeys 🐒 Another highlight for them was checking if the chooks had eggs 🥚 each day. Highly recommended, beautiful accomation in a lovely location near beach and excellent wineries 🍷 Thank you we loved our time away and will definitely be back again 😊

Staff were lovely and showed genuine care for their guests. The games room has a pool table, a PS4 (one controller), tonnes of DVDs and a few board games and PS4 games. The beach was a short easy walk away. The spa in cabin 26 was good (too noisy for early morning or late at night though). The beds were very comfortable. The split system worked well and we were provided with firewood to light the fireplace. Good safe fire screens. We were given free eggs from the resident chooks. Loved the coffee machine and milk frother, 3 TVs (1 smart TV). Local take away Chinese food was good. Ocean Grove Pizza lacked flavour and added olives to a pizza with no olives on the menu. Fish and chips were good. 5 min drive to larger shopping centre with 7 day pharmacy, Woolworths, etc.

Cabin 26 was quite dark. Reception was closed from 1:30pm daily which meant we had to buy salt rather than be able to ask for the supplied grinder to be filled. The coffee machine had an old pod stuck inside it - eventually managed to clear it and use the machine normally. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but needed a spaghetti server. I would also suggest supplying sweetener sachets as well as sugar. Wifi was terrible and regularly cut out - we used our own phones as hotspots instead.

The cottages and the surroundings of the village are so relaxing so much tranquility in this amazing place , cannot fault anything beautiful gardens and just mind blowing everytime we return , everything we needed was avail for our use in the cottages , thankyou jodie , tiff & Family you all do such an amazing job on your beloved cottages is why we will always come back , thankyou 😃😁

Nothing to not like everything exceptional beyond our expectations

The location is great within 5 minutes walk of the beach, which is soft sand and stretches for 9km. The cabins were quiet, though we were there outside of school holidays. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was good. There was a fire place in the cabin, but it was too warm to try it out.

The bathroom was a bit dated but was fully functional with lots of hot water, and a spa bath.

Log cabins nestled amongst ti-tree make this a fabulous space on a hot summer day when you want shade Outdoor BBQ and table and chairs, private clothes line to hang out your bathing costume, beach towels, wet suit solid kitchen table and chairs for 6, ample seating in lounge for 8 or more

Easier to park on nature strip on street outside village than reverse back up twisting driveway onto busy Orton St

cleanliness, beautiful cosy cottage, very well equipped kitchen, spa bath and very comfortable bed.

The cottage was right next to a quite busy road. Other cottages are set a bit further back which would be nice for next time. The grounds looked mostly very beautiful creating a bush setting with some indigenous gumtrees, Tea Trees and Coast Beard-heaths but some environmental weeds such as Polygala, Broom and Mirror Bushes could be replaced with cuttings from the very old Tea-tree at reception or other shrubs from your EVC. This would create an even more amazing environment for guests by attracting more birds into the garden.

The location is great just a short walk to Ocean Grove beach and the local shops. Staff were very welcoming even got an early check in which was great considering we had a concert that night. Accomodation wise it is very homely and a comfortable cabin style. The bed was great and the cabin was spacious enough to feel at ease.

Reception not accessible enough only available a few hours a day and with normal check in after hours makes it difficult. Had noisy neighbours, however this was dealt with swiftly. Jodie was very understanding and generous with our stay, big shout out.
