Good location, excellent restaurant

Size was great for a family of four. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and we could have fitted 2 more people easily. Apartment facilities were good, especially the kitchen which allowed us to prepare meals without going out for everything Location was terrific. Walk to front and back beach easily, and in the little shops. A 10min walk to the main shops.

Noise from the bar at night (though expected) Price was expensive Internet connection dropped in and out Lack of guest information in the room Bathroom needs a little bit of maintenance

Location is No. 1. Hotel has a lovely dinner service. Everything is walking distance. Love this place.

The music noise from the beer garden is very loud at night time which kept the kids up and we had some rowdy patrons talking very loudly right outside our door at 1am which woke me. Didn’t ruin the stay but some strong coffee was mandatory on sunday morning!

it was close to the pub. There was new carpet in my room and bathroom was newly renovated.

it is attached to the pub. I stayed on a Monday night but it definitely would have been much noisier if it was later on in the week or a weekend. You have to go and see the people in the poker machine area for them to check you in even though I was there at 4:45pm. I could hear the person in the room next to me, snoring all night, but I’m not sure if that is from the walls, being thin or them being a loud snorer.

room felt nice, a good size, check out was a easy key return into a box. near by food places give good choice for meals. short walk to the Scout Hall, longer walk to the town centre and V/Line bus stops. didnt need it but easy to access car spot and too cold for the out door space but nice that the room had one

lots of lights and a lamp but even with all on the room at a bit of a gloom, could hear the room next door making his phone calls in the afternoon when i didnt have the TV on.

I have booked the motel for one night and checked out next day leaving behind my phone charger and cable in the room. On the Same day I Booked the same room for the second night. As I’ve expected Room service had removed the charger and the cable from the room. that’s acceptable but when I asked if I can find it (if possible) from person at the reception he didn’t pay much attention. That was disappointing.

Convenient location close to some nice restaurants and beach. Parking right outside the room was great.

Very basic minimalistic room and inclusions. Little courtyard had cigarette butts on the grass left by previous inhabitants. Light fitting on wall was missing a cover. One face washer in bathroom for two people. Bathroom sink was awkward, too high and too small.

The room was on ground level with parking immediately in front of the unit. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We appreciated the air-conditioning and the tea/coffee making facilities. For anyone wishing to stay longer than one night, the ability to have a light breakfast would definitely be a plus. This would require the convenience of a basic microwave oven plus cereal bowls and bread and butter plates and cutlery.

Perfect for what we needed. We were attending a gig at the hotel so it was incredibly convenient. Great set up, clean, comfortable. Easy check in, friendly staff. Really loved opening windows and sliding door for fresh air at times and new aircon when needed. Great amount of tea bags, and mugs!

No fan in the bathroom- it has high open windows which make bathroom v cold.

The location, the layout and facilities of the room, the outdoor seating, the convenience of the parking spot right in front of the room and the ease of check-in were all fantastic.

The outdoor lawn seating furniture should be revarnished and the grass replanted. It was rough and uncared for. This can elevate the outdoor experience so much more.
