The apartment was spacious and we had a great view of the pool. Multiple balconies and a separate outdoor area. Pool was great and relaxing well thought out design. Close to town.

The apartment was falling apart. Carpet missing in the main room so multiple lumpy mats over the metre hole. Main bathroom door handle fell off and the door also doesn't close all the way. Toilet paper holders broken, flooding in the living area not cleaned properly, coffee splats on floor, water damage around kitchen area making the floors uneven. Spoke with someone a week before I checked in and they asked what the occasion was etc, I advised 6 adults checking in but when we checked in only 3 coffee cups, 2 drinking Glasses and one champagne glass. The phone in the apartment is not connected.you need to google the place and call.

Lovely hotel, we had 2 rooms both great, we paid extra for sea view rooms, a little disappointed with that as you couldnt really see the sea, just the road and a carpark and a glimse of the sea over that. Balcony wasnt very inviting either. Good toiletries provided in the bathroom and good selection of teas and drinks. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Thought there was going to be a place to get a buffet breakfast but could only find the pool side cafe area, but the breakfast was ok that we ordered, wouldnt eat there on an evening not that type of restaurant. Pool area was lovely with plenty of loungers and towels provided in our rooms.

car parking was a little confusing. off putting having to have a conversation after getting room keys with someone in check in area, trying to get us to attend a meeting the next day with what appeared to be time share. Hotel is a little out of the way of all the restaurants we had to use the car and drive

Very in happy about the location of our room We were put in room B 105 a which is right above the garage door which continually went up and down all day and night! We couldn’t sit out on the verandah as it was too noisy and not very private and had to keeep the curtains closed s the people in the car could see in our room I

The outdoor pool is fantastic! It's heated with a huge spa area. You can order handmade cocktails and food to eat by the pool. There is a great poolside restaurant that sells amazing breakfast and dinner and they do gourmet pizza 24 hours a day. There is also a cafe in the lobby that to the best toasties I've ever had. There is a kids park with an outdoor BBQ next to it so you can cook up some dinner. The apartments are very spacious with a washing machine and a dryer which was a godsend. I can't wait to come back.

Great staff, great pool area and tennis court. Staff behind the bar were very good and very accommodating.

Very expensive, but prices were inflated by Australia Day rates and surcharges Parking was not enough ton site. Parked on the streets most of the stay. Staff member offered to move his car out of the basement car park because there were no parks left which was nice of him. Being sold to attend a seminar the second after we checked in. Might have been a bit more receptive if I hadn’t been totally drained from a 4 hour drive that I’d just ended.

Location, and ease of booking. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was lovely. Parking was tricky, but it was great to have undercover parking. The wing was very quiet. We didn’t use the pool facilities but they looked amazing. Great to have a coffee shop too.

Teabags are not very nice. I was disappointed there was no shower cap, or biscuits. We paid nearly $900 for 2 nights in a tiny little room, with mould along the edge of the shower, and an aircon that didn’t work overnight, as it was controlled by the adjoining room. .which was not occupied.

Our room was in a perfect location and was extremely well set up to cater for our needs. We really liked the maps provided to us and the information about car parking and accessing our room. This made it very easy to access. As we attended in winter we did not use the pool area however, it looked clean and was a beautiful outlook from our room balcony.

We did not realise the cafe was not open during the winter months. We were told we could order using the app however, the app did not work for us. We were surprised to have a conversation regarding joining an information session. This was not something we were expecting upon our arrival. We had sent an email to the resort prior to our booking and this was not answered - maybe it was not received?

The room, the balcony and the pool were great.

Lack of staff at the cafe. We went for breakfast on the first morning of our stay and there was only one young guy working. He was doing well but was run off his feet. The second morning it wasn’t open because they had no staff.

Great resort and facilities. Very central. Secure parking. Our apartment had a great balcony and a great indoor/outdoor room for entertaining. Perfect space for a girls weekend!

The duty manager was particularly rude. Having stayed here before on a previous girls trip, I booked here again, requesting the same layout as last time. I had requested a particular room configuration and it was not met - in fact the request was not even acknowledged or read (it seems). Rather than apologizing for the mix up, the duty manager instead turned on us, and accused us of being aggressive, which was not the case at all. No one was aggressive!! A bit of accountability and an apology would have been nice (especially for a returning customer). I have stayed in 100's of hotels all over the world and have never had that sort of treatment before. Mr Duty Manager (I won't name you out of respect), please just learn to treat your paying customers nicely!

Location and the resort itself are exceptional, very clean with spacious rooms. We loved the outdoor and indoor pool and having in house cafe/restaurant.

The mattress in our room was really worn out, very soft and not in the good shape. Perhaps it would be good idea if resort management checked all beds for mattresses as we expected better for $300 a night we paid. Also the food in resort cafe/restaurant was pretty average. I'm attaching the photo of bed in our room where you can see how worn out the mattress is. It's not straight anymore but in a kind of U-shape. It gave us a bit of backache.
