Good location and good things for the children, ie mini golf, go carts and pool.

We as well as 2 others had to wait about 15 minutes for staff to come and register us in, one lady had 2 dogs, waiting in a hot car!! We were there at 2 pm. Then while other cabins were available, we got the oldest, run down cabin. Spoke to the staff, no reasonable reason was given to us on why!!! Wanted to go back there again with other family, but not so sure. We were happy with everything else and the park looks well maintained. Thank you.

Overall an amazing experience. Cabin was clean comfortable and essential kitchen crockery, cutlery etc were there. Besides being a little coolish and the heat pump not, it would appear, fully effective I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and journey with Ingenia Holidays Torquay. I will most certainly be back and have already promoted the establishment to friends in New Zealand. Staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly, courteous, helpful and I was super happy that I was approved a later than 10am checkout. An absolutely fantabulous experience and stay. THANK YOU Ingenia Holidays Torquay ❤️💯

Plenty of fun activities for family, easy to spend a day there without spending extra money, comfy beds, and they've thought of lots to comforts to add to the stay. Located close to everything, a few minutes drive to town centre and beaches, and just around the corner from outlet shopping, a really good base for exploring the town, and just a few minutes to the coast road, perfect for discovering other towns and picturesque look outs.

The car park for our cabin had been taken up by an annexe for an on site van, so we had to park on the road which wasn't ideal, and we didn't seem to be the only cabin with this set up. Next time I would specify that we need a park.

Late check in was easy and instructions were clearly all given in an envelope. Parking is ample and easy. Given a map of the place and clear instructions were given on how to find our cabin for the night. The bed is comfortable and clean. Cutleries, dishwashing soap and sponge is provided as well. No toiletries provided, so remember to bring your own.

The aircon can only be found in the living space near the door and not in the bedroom. It's fine in the winter as i can hide under the blanket. During summer period... i think the bedroom would get rather hot and stuffy.

The cabin was neat and tidy, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and bedding provided kept us cosy and warm at night. Really great location - cafes and shops were walking distance. The staff were pleasant for both check in and out and also accommodating to requests.

Cabin was a little drafty. We were there for a wedding and was told there was a functioning iron but it hadn't been maintained in awhile and nearly ruined my partner's suit when he tried to use it.

The check in/out process was super easy and quick. The property is great value for money and has many amenities for a family holiday. The cabin itself is very cute, comfortable and clean. It had all the necessary things we needed for our short stay. It would even be great for a longer stay as well. It was the second time staying here and we will definitely do it again. The location is 5 minute drive from everything. Its great!

Amazing place! Very well exceeded my expectations. For being a holiday park, it was much more comfortable and included more facilities and attractions compared to the motel we stayed in before near the city. Location has good connectivity to the Great Ocean Road and the Geelong ferry terminal, as well as other local markets in the area and a petrol station right outside offering cheap fuel. The whole holiday park was pretty clean and well maintained. Ample utensils and cutlery in the kitchen with up to date appliances. We were only here for 1 night but wish we spent longer. Will definitely book again!

Nothing was worth not liking, everything was amazing!

The lovely new manager upgraded our family of 2 adults and 3 grandchildren to a larger villa which was spacious, modern and clean. There's a lot of fun things for kids to do at the holiday park to keep them busy (ours are 13, 10 and 5 years) - they especially loved the pool, spa pool, sports activities and games. We loved that our villa had its own washing machine and drier. We would definitely return to stay again.

Travelled in Autumn during school holidays - lovely holiday park, quiet, clean and facilities were great. Excellent location too.

Loved everything our cabin had and all the park had to offer. If I had to comment on anything I'd say the dvd player not being in the room was a little inconvenient as I had to go to reception to collect it, and the tv was awkwardly placed and not very good BUT that is nitpicking and we weren't there to watch TV anyway.

Nice cabins, very well designed for space, It was clean, with heater, u could prepare it meals in oven or gas top Great security place, u have code to get in and get out. All areal was safe and was clearly maped in hand out map so u would not get Lost. Staf was very helpful to swap us to different cabin as we booked wrong one Without bathroom .

The fact that there was written to wash the dishes and to place them back in cupboard . Also to keep cabin tidy or we will b charged extra. Firstly I don't work in this accomodation to wash the dishes or make the beds. I don't think it is too clean to let customers wash the dishes for next arrival of new customers. Everyone has different stands of cleaningles. Although the cabin was very nice I don't think it was too good value for money. 180$ for 2people. U can get proper hotel room for less than that and sometimes even with breakfast.
