Good location. Clean. Good to have kitchen facilities. Great food court downstairs.

First room we were put in was like a dungeon. No windows except for into a corridor. Only a double bed with room for only one bedside table and lamp. Small bathroom which would have been ok except sprayed everywhere when you had a shower. There were hooks on a rail so asked for a shower curtain twice but never arrived. Slippery tiles especially dangerous in the shower. Offered an upgrade for an extra fee so took that after first night. Much better room. Big windows. Same bathroom situation but also the toilet seat kept coming off. Again only one bedside lamp. We were there for 6 nights and they only provided one dishwasher and one dishwashing sachet for the whole time and no info on how to get rid of our rubbish. Had to leave a big pile for the poor cleaner to dispose of.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and had almoste everything we needed. The Hotel Staff is friendly and helped with all questions and requests (additional kitchen equitment etc.). We extended our stay for another week. The location of the hotel is excellent, you can reach all central locations in Melbourne via tram (free tram zone!).

The bathroom is very small, it feels more like a closet. The room did not have sound proof windows or doors, you could hear the noises of collins street and people talking in the hallway.

Large spacious studio apartment with everything you needed for a long term stay. Comfortable king size bed. Good location opposite Rialto. Handy to public transport.

Having to drag heavy suitcase up around six steps to reception area to check in and then more steps to get to lift area. 😫😫 Needs a ramp so accommodation is accessible to everyone!! Didn’t feel much privacy when using the bathroom which had frosted glass for walls. Bathroom was very squishy like you would find in a caravan. No room or space to hang a towel or clothes.

The room was spacious and well laid out. The bed was clean and comfortable, I had a great night's sleep each night. the bathroom was great however the water pressure and the stream in the shower was not good—the only downfall. The location was exactly where I needed - 5-minute walk to where I needed to be. Close to eateries, shopping.

Parking became an issue - the cost of using the property's carpark was disappointing and having to park a 10 minute walk away and still have to pay just under $20 when other car parks could have been cheaper. Dont understand why patrons cant use the carpark.

24 hour reception was a bonus. Staff very polite & friendly. Location fabulous, within walking distance to AO, theatre, dining & shopping. Comfortable bed with good selection of pillows. My electric kettle did not work so a brand new replacement was supplied very promptly.

Bathroom was a little on the small size. Whilst I did not use the washing machine facilities available to guests on my floor, I did drop my used linen there as advised by reception. This room was very dirty with built up dirt, bugs, litter on the floor. It looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.

Kitchen fully equipped, stove, microwave, all utensils and dishwashing. Starter washing detergent and dishwashing tablet provided plus cleaning cloths. Bathroom is spacious, extra toilet paper and tissues provided. Executive Room is very spacious and had a dining table which was very useful and it also had a separate study table. King Bed was comfortable, 4 pillows and extra blanket in the room. Aircon/ heating could be changed to desired temperature. Fridge is a good size. Block out blinds were great in the morning. Balcony views were beautiful. Discounted parking in the car park underneath (50% off) with access to elevator to room. There is a drop off point infront of hotel when you check in.

All apartment guests must part in the basement (carport 2) . You must carry your luggage to car park 1 using the stairs only then used the elevator from CP1. I suggest you unload on car park level 1 or from the street.

The location was fantastic for my stay. Access to the trams was only a few minutes walk from the accommodation. Also next door there was a few options for eating plus a IGA & liquor store.

The appliances needed to be checked. The hair dryer didn't work and the kettle would boil but not turn off. Also as the bed was on wheels but there was no caps under the bed to prevent movement. During the night when sleeping the bed would roll away from the bed if you rolled over.

Check in/out was very smooth. The room was neat and clean, I did not use the kitchenette as I ate out but I didn't see pots or pans if I wanted to cook. I had a lovely view of the buildings on the opposite side of Collins St. The shower was great, great hot water and water pressure. Bed was super comfortable. Although there was outside construction it did not all effect my quality of stay. Nice hotel right in the heart of the CDB, two blocks from SC Station, great for my transportation needs. Walking distance to many Melbourne attractions.

It felt like it was missing some furniture (there was none in the balcony and there was no table in the room but two random dining chairs against a wall) Cooking amenities were good but basic The bathroom is very small and has no place to put things, also a shower curtain instead of a glass shower was a bit unexpected. However I'd be happy to go back since I felt very comfortable in the apartment

in a central location. The room was adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable and it was good having a kitchenette so we could order in food and have plates and cutlery etc. to eat off. There was an IGA next door so handy to pick up supplies and a small food court in the building where you could get brekky and coffee etc. though a small selection.

We found out on arrival that the room we had booked had a window facing into the corridor so no natural light in the room. We had to pay to upgrade to a room with a window with a city view or balcony. We opted for the balcony room but it was pretty useless as it only had a small table and no chairs on the balcony, but at least we had natural light in the room and could open the door to get a bit of fresh air. The bathroom, though adequate, was like a frosted glass box so if you needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and turned the light on the whole motel room lit up which would disturb the other person in the room.
