Location close to public transport, 5 min walk to Southern Cross train station and across the road from Tram stop. Nearby restaurants and city centre. Good Swimming pool and Gym. We appreciated having the washing machine, dryer, cooking facilities and smart TV. Friendly staff at reception. Great city views. Felt safe. Nice clean bed linen. Comfy lounge area. Air con a bit slow but still worked. Good value considering how Melbourne accommodation has become so expensive.
Foul smell imbedded in the microwave that we couldn't get rid of. Also the dishwasher had a bad smell for first couple of uses. Stains on carpet. Portable fan noticeably caked in dust. Outside balcony area needs a good clean, very dirty.

The location is perfect and is in the right centre of Melbourne. 2 blocks away from Yara river bridge and 10 min walk to City Central shopping mall. Next block is the train station. The organisation is modern with almost no person. Everything is automatic. You just get the key and return the key in a safe box. This is why the room rate is cheap at this central location. The view is fantastic. I lived in 56 floor and it is taller than most Melbourne high buildings. It feels really great. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food downstairs. After dark, one can walk cross the river to the Southbank to see street shows. Bring some cash and coins to give to the performers. They are really talented and can definitely entertain kids.
The swimming pool can be a bit bigger and warmer. While my kids like it, I could not jump in because it is too cold to me. :) Need to fix the hotel location in Uber because the driver stopped in the wrong side of the road due to Uber error.

Perfect location right near a tram station. Check in and out was seamless and nice and easy. Apartment is just like pictures. Love the functionality of the kitchen and spacious lounge room makes it easy to enjoy while there. The view was spectacular of the city skyline and seeing the water too! Also at night time didn’t really hear the hustle of the city below as you’re up high which is nice factor.
Nothing major but think it’s due to the rubbish chute just the lobby/area waiting for elevator smells funky. Thankfully the apartment doesn’t smell like this.

Amazing view from my room (corner city view). You can see a beautiful sunrise in the morning and city lights in the evening from the balcony without stepping a foot outside the apartment. Great location. In front of the hotel there is a free tram station. Southern cross station is within a walking distance. 1st night my room was so cold. The AC flap is not working. The portable heater is only one hence there were 2 bedrooms. The water drainage in the bathroom is rather clogged. But then after I complain with the reception (Ben), he fixed everything. He gave us 2nd portable heater and fixed the bathroom clogged.
The reception is not 24/7 so it takes quite some time if you need anything urgent. But you can email them in the evening. In the morning they already respond to your complain.

location is excellent, very close to factory outlet south wharf, southern cross station, free tram, city centre (H&M, China Town, etc) view is perfect facing sky scrappers (especially city lights in night time) hot water is perfect, rooms are clean, complete facility (kitchen, oven, heater, microwave, TV, washing and drying machines) check in after 6pm is easy especally there is 24hour Ezy Mart
minor items such as: 2 bedrooms are a bit small although the beds are comfy and warm. howling winds at 56th floor need to check door before going out as the the door sometime is not automatically locked from outside

The large room was on the 65th floor and surrounded by glass windows. Beautiful view to ocean and city. TV worked well. Sadly, microwave was nearly at floor height. (Problem for elders) Both showers did not have soap racks... That was odd. Facilities, fridge, washing machine, cutlery, crockery etc. all excellent. I hope to stay there again.
I wished the shower had a soap rack. Would also have liked a couple of rubbish bags to be included, under the first rubbish bag, as we were there for a few days.

Great location with beautiful view of the city. Right in the middle of the CBD from where you can easily access almost everything, free tram-trains in all directions, southern cross station, DFO, McDonald's and KFC just at the door step, 24-hour convenient store located in the ground floor of the hotel, restaurants, night clubs and bars all in short walking distance, etc. Will stay here again on my next trip.

The view from the 65th floor was amazing. This view was what made it a great stay. Location was central and tram stops right out the front door. One block from Southern Cross station and plenty of options for eating in the area, whether it be eat in or takeaway. It was useful reserving a car park too.
I travelled with my mum and kids. There were stains on the carpet. They could do with a good clean. There were streaks and build up on the windows in places. The view for me helped me overlook these shortfalls, however it was not to my mums standards. I was unable to unlock the main bedroom window for fresh air, I text the number for assistance, however no one replied to me.

Property location is good right in the centre of Collins street with numerous eating locations and very close proximity to southern cross station and free trams. Communication between the management and me regarding after hours access was stress free and helpful.
Apartments are getting old, paint is peeling and water damage on door frames. Beds were too soft for my family. Noisy construction works were unexpected and would of liked to have been told of possible noise disruptions.

I like the location and it's vicinity to tram stop n eateries.
It's ashame that the apartment wasn't maintain to a better standard. One bathroom light wasn't working so it's dark, not much room to put toiletries. The shower is not very clean, stovetop wasn't clean, main door is hard to shut n the type of blinds doesn't give privacy to the apartment at night when you have lights on but luckily were on high floor n surrounded by offices. Apartment too dark
