Location is very close to Southern Cross Station (Skybus to and from airport), Marvel Stadium, across the river to Southbank and has a tram stop directly outside (or a short walk to the heart of the CBD). The room is on the 50th floor with magnificent views over the city and had all of the facilities for a longer stay.

The views were awesome! Beds and pillows were very comfy and clean. Very central location. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception. They were great!

The latch of one of the windows was loose. Being on the 45th floor with strong winds, I think all windows should be locked. We notified reception and they were going to fix it. Otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful!

Close to many shops and restaurants. Free tram right outside the accommodation so we did not need to walk far to many CBD locations. The accommodation itself had every facility available that I felt like i was in my own home. Full stove, washing machine & dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron + board, I requested 4 single beds for the bedrooms and the staff made it happen with zero stress. The staff always helped with a smile and they were easy to reach when I had queries. When things ran out or I needed an extra blanket they were available to help. This was my 2nd stay at Aussie Escape Apartments, and the amazing service was consistent. Amazing value for money, i plan to stay here again in the future.

Great location in the city, next to transit and amazing views from our bedrooms! Comfortable beds, large shower, and clean. Nice pool, sauna and gym!

Not enough items in the kitchen for cooking. It had one frying pan with the coating scratched off, no colander and minimal dishes and cutlery. Beds needed a top sheet especially in hot summer weather when it’s hard for air conditioning to reach the far room and much too hot for just a doona (quilt). Wonderful to have a spa by the pool but it definitely could have used a clean based on all of the foam coming out of it.

This accommodation was exceptional! It met all my expectations and more. I had originally booked somewhere else but changed to this place when they had a last minute deal. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried, but honestly, it was the best decision ever. When we arrived, reception was unattended, but we called the number provided as instructed. We were quickly greeted by a lovely gentleman saying our appartment was ready early (12pm) and our requested cot and highchair were set up. Upon walking in we were amazed at the view on level 37, it was very clean, well set out and had everything we need. The kitchen had a gas burner, oven, medium fridge/freezer, with every kitchen item and appliance you need. The lounge room was comfortable and the balcony was very child friendly, even for a toddler. The only aircon was in the loungeroom which was okay for us, but you could leave bedroom doors open if needed. The bedrooms were big enough, and had full size closets in them which you could unpack your bag into if needed. We were even able to fit a portacot in the main bedroom. The blinds made the room dark enough, even for lots of light in daylight savings hours. The beds were comfortable but on the small side which didn't bother me. The bathroom was spacious and had all the lotions, toothbrushes and towels you need. There was even a washer and dryer which is a massive bonus. The pool and gym area was clean and not too busy midweek. The lifts were under renovation, but were still operational which ment short wait times for lifts. The location was excellent, right beside the tram, very short walk to station and lots of food places around. Even though right in the middle of everything, it was very quiet. As expected, these apartments were not serviced during our 4 night stay which was perfectly fine with me, the garbage shute was right near the lifts which didn't smell at all.

The lighting was a bit dull, but usable.

Staff were very accommodating, and communications were clear. The view was amazing. Good amenities with great resupply schedule, which was more generous than other places we've stayed at in the past.

Minor improvement on cleanliness (blinds) and perhaps check for broken/chipped utensils as well. We've booked for 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom but the apartment has an ensuite which was locked because we didn't book it, that was weird to us. The room we used for the kids have a great wardrobe, but our room only have a hanging closet, I would prefer to have some sort of shelving in that one as well (there is space at the bottom) for more wardrobe options for us.

The location was so close to Southern Cross Train Station. The pool & spa looking out over the city were amazing The view from the room was amazing The apartment was clean The shower had good hot water & good pressure Tidy wee kitchen and a nice touch to have milk, tea, coffee pods, loo roll & travel tooth brushes & tooth paste Bed was comfy

Only having one key fob may be an issue for some families - i.e. if 1 or 2 want to go to pool & another wants to pop out to grab few bits and pieces etc The main bedroom is small - it was fine for us but just a note for others if it is important to have large bedroom space.

Half a block from southern cross station and 4 minutes walk to flinders St for trams to the tennis. Pool, spa, gym and sauna on site. Full kitchen. Comfy beds. Washing machine and dryer as well as dishwasher made for less luggage and easy care while we saw the sights. Balcony was awesome with amazing views all the way to Albert park and the ocean. Full floor to ceiling windows all round meant fantastic views from lounge and master bedroom too. Trams at the door. Cafes restaurants etc all a stones throw away.

The back of the couch was broken (is a fold out bed I think) so wasn't that comfy to sit on. It's up against wall so was OK but given the quality of the rest of the unit, it should probably be better. Aircon unit quite noisy. We're from nz so needed it going overnight :-).

The location is awesome, near Southern Cross rail station and on Collins street right near a tram stop. Southern cross station is also where you catch the skybus to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, modern and had all the facilities necessary. If the lifts were not such a disaster I would rate this place a 10.

The lifts are terrible. On more than one occasion only one lift was operating for 66 floors. On one occasion all lifts were not operating and had to wait quite a while before 1 came back on line.

1. Locationx3. Right on tram stop. Next to southern cross station. Which have train station, skybus to airport, and car rental companies. Lots of marts, restaurant, supermarket nearby. 2. Unit is clean, nice and with amenities. Every 3 days we got a message to HK to exchange towel dan refill ameniites. Complete amenities. Including diswasher liquid, bottle water, laundry detergent, coffee capsule, etc. they even provide vacuum cleaner if we want to clean ourself. 3. Facilities includes gym, pool and big sauna room. 4. We got room unit 6105. Which is in 61 floor. What a great view!! Also have a terrace. On 61 floor!! So nice Will booked that place again if we go to melbourne again.

The main door doesnt have a doublelock and peeping hole. Also bathroom door cannot be lock. Not a deal breaker though.
