Breakfast pack was welcome, and most unexpected. Room was provided with clean cutlery and utensils for us. This was the best family room we have had. Enjoyed the complimentary bottled water, and dad (me) ate the 2 packs of sweets. We also received 10% discount on our bistro meals, and as we booked a 4 person family room, we each received a complimentary drink, all indulging in a prosecco. The area was very quiet with no road noise notably - a welcome change from other stay locations. Thankyou very much - we will be back

Nothing, it was all excellent - one of the better and easy stays for our family who was picking up a daughter from the airport late on Saturday night. All easy

Good location, bistro, comfortable bed, good hot shower and fresh towels daily.

No opening windows for fresh air. Parking was not allocated so I was in the general pub car park not close to my unit. No exhaust fan in bathroom so with no opening windows it was very steamy.

Clean, fit all 5 of us comfortably and reasonable price. Convenient location right next to the pub which we went for dinner, no need to drive anywhere.

Tv aerial was a bit temperamental. Needs to be fixed.

Everything except the bed. The bed was so bad I couldn't sleep on it. There was a single bed in the room and I used that. My wife called the manager today to complain about the large bed. Very very bad.

The shower curtain for showers - best to have a door or half window rather then a curtain. Just my thoughts but everything was good.

The food room service was exceptionally quick - I ordered dinner both nights of my stay and it arrived 10 minutes after ordering. And great value for money.

Wish the room had come with a hair dresser

My only concern is the bed although comfy . The bed was not the best for romance as having single beds pushed together allowed for a gap to form making it somewhat uncomfortable

There were not enough power points or usb in the wall next to the bed had to keep getting out of bed as there was only 1 usb and no power point next to bed

The staff were fabulous and the family room was comfortable for an overnight stay. It was perfect for the purpose of a quick stay near the airport on the west side of town. But it was not a holiday destination if that is your goal.
