The staff were friendly and helpful without exception The sound proofing was good, just right for a motel positioned for access to busy roads The room was spacious enough, bathroom was spotless. Would definitely stay again

It says on the website the rooms have a hairdryer in each room. So i didn't expect a sticker on the hairdryer saying it was out of order. Most women would need a working hairdryer. I luckily came with my own hairdryer otherwise my hair could not have been wet in the shower and still would have looked a mess upon leaving. An embarrassment id rather not have to deal with. Please make sure hair dryers are available and working. Its a given.

Reception personnel, Naomi & Leesa were very friendly and helpful, as it was my first visit to Melbourne, and stay at Club Laverton, I had a few calls. Loved the shower, as the water pressure and heat from the shower head melt away your pain. I was also impressed with the cleaning staff being attentive and friendly. Eating at the Bristo was delightful as were the attendees, meals, well sized and affordable. Thank you to all for helping to make my first stay in Melbourne memorable.

The lady on the reception on the afternoon's (sorry forgot her name), was extremely helpful. The night manager Hany was also very friendly.

The remote for the AC & TV are not that responsive The A/C was also not that user friendly, or responsive. I would pull out the weeds in the back garden that is on the motorway side. Shouldn't take long before situation gets out of hand and becomes difficult to return to a good state.

The executive spa suite was quite spacious. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. There was minimal noise despite being right near the highway. We were there for a wedding at the mansion. This was a great location and affordable.

The bistro closed earlier than we hoped but it was a 3 minute walk to get a delicious kebab. In the morning there were various options for breakfast and coffee.

The room was faboulas, clean & very well presented The Shower omg we've stayed in a few hotels & motels but this shower has to be the best 👌 On arrival the Receptionist was very welcoming & thorough The Bistro & Bar were excellent Breakfast was delicious & the Staff were Excellent their Customer Service went above & beyond for our small requests. Very very impressed. Will definetly return to this establishment

The room is clean. King bed. Big enough for my wife and I and a 4 half years old boy. There are food nearby. Sufficient parking lot. No problem finding one to park my car. The staff gives clear instruction to check in and out.

No lift to the 2nd floor. So I have to drag my luggage up the stairs. Not good for elderlies or disabled. Can't check in/out late at night. So definitely not for those having a late flight.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and had a small microwave and tea and coffee facility. Surrounding the motel are cafes, Thai restaurant, Korean and IGA supermarkets. The bistro served great food. and of course Pokies to solve your boredom. Rooms facing the carpark were quiet, the ones on the other side were a bit to near the highway.

There is no lift to the next floor, but the staff helped with the luggage.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed for our short stay and the Laverton Club meals were fantastic! Location to Werribee was great, just a hop, skip and a jump to where we needed to go.

The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Probably could do with replacing.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and they graciously gave me an early check in. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, it even had an iron and ironing board available. Despite its location next to the freeway, the room was quiet and peaceful. I was able to get dinner and drinks from the adjoining club delivered to my room.
