Quality Hotel Taylors Lakes

Our room was fantastic - clean, comfortable, spacious and super quiet despite it facing the main road thanks to the double pane sliding doors. The bed was comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The furnishings in the room were clean (no stains on the carpet or upholstered chairs) and the bathroom was absolutely pristine. I honestly thought the room had recently been renovated and was surprised when the lovely receptionist on check out said it hadn’t been for several years. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Location to the event we were attending that evening. Lift worked and we didn't have to swipe to go to our floor. Room was clean, plenty of towels and nicely stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. Loved that the room had an ice bucket. Blackout blinds worked well too and considering the room faces on to a busy highway, you couldn't hear the traffic, so I the double glazing windows work very well too. The temperature in the room was very comfortable too.

I couldn't get the TV to work. The TV turned on, but I couldn't get it to move off the welcome page. A very minor thing, I think it was because I needed to wear my glasses!!!

The hotel was excellent and exceptionally clean, comfortable and close to shops , restaurants and airport. Beautifully maintained rooms and surrounds and a lovely restaurant offering high standard room standard and serving delectable and a variety of cuisine. I will certainly book with my family when I visit Melbourne again.

It was raining during our stay but no issues with the hotel.l could use the dryer only once as I had used up my 2 $1 coins and had only $2 coins left. Coin exchange facility in the laundry would be of great help.

The location for an early flight was perfect, the room was really big and the bed luxurious. The restaurant was great, the food delicious and the staff were lovely; both in the restaurant but particularly at reception. Would be an easy choice to go back if I have another early flight from Tullamarine.

Odd numbered rooms are facing the Melton Highway and it was a little noisy overnight; next time i would ask for an even numbered room and look over the pretty courtyard

Very well appointed room. Bed was very comfy for me and i crashed out straight away,but the older kids singles they complained they were to soft, which when i sat on it I totally agreed Loved how the tv had an alarm for wake up and heaps of other cool info/features on it.

My plane was delayed and was 2 hours later then I advised. Man on duty was extremely busy and it came across on how he spoke and interacted.. With being so late i could understand but i didnt need to be burdened with His issues whilst trying to get checked in to get much needed sleep before a long drive home. WiFi password was not advised of at check in and I didn't want to disturb him again to get.

Clean and good location for the wedding we attended just down the road. Beds were comfy and rooms a good size.

On our booking it stated the payment would be taken when we got to the hotel but it actually was taken the night before without us being informed about this so consequently it ended up charging us a fee for the card we used but if we had paid on the day when we arrived we would have been able to choose at reception the card to use to avoid fees. I told reception but they told me this an issue to bring up with booking.com. Even the coffee pods are not free in the room! The photos with the pool are a bit misleading as the pool is in peak fitness next door.

Enjoyed staying here so much that we decided to add another night on to the end of our trip to stay here again. The room was immaculate, clean and so comfortable - such great value for money. The reception staff greeted us with big smiles and a friendly attitude upon checking in. The facilities available included a gym, sauna and pool which looked like they too were very well kept.

Limited access times to the facilities (6am to 8pm) were a bit of a let down when they are open 24/7 for members - would be great if we could have purchased a temporary pass. Also disappointed that the coffee capsules for the coffee machine were at an added cost for the deluxe executive spa suite - we ended up buying our own pack to use the second time around.

What a top quality Hotel. Pleasantly surprised at how big the room was (spa room), how clean it was, all the obvious Covid cleaning protocols (everything labeled and wrapped), quiet even though on a main road, ideally located, and the nicest staff we have come across for a while. It had a big comfy bed, huge sitting area, beautiful big bathroom, huge spa, separate walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Perfect! Even the buffet breakfast was only $20 per person and they couldn’t have done enough for us.

Tiny criticism is the tv remote wouldn’t work and the big tv needed restarting but reported them to be looked at.

Best stay I've had in a long time this is now where I'll stay any time I'm near the airport. Can't say enough how great this place is. Staff were so happy and accommodating and the food was incredible. Beds are a dream as well. The spa was able to fit 2 adults easily!!

The shower head was the only let down but still not enough to take away from the amazing stay

The location of the Taylors Lakes Hotel is excellent as it is only 10 minutes from the Essendon Airport and we really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the extra large spacious shower. Breakfast the following morning was absolutely beautiful. These facilities at Taylors Lakes Hotel include restaurant and very large gaming area, as well as a gym and a swimming pool which are all available to use. We couldn't fault this place, it is like a resort!!
