Great hotel. My second stay here and I am just as pleased with everything about this hotel. It’s just a good hotel. This time I stayed (not intentionally) in an Apartment. This was a large space with a living room and kitchenette and with every thing you might need for a few days stay. Extremely comfortable. My only slight difficulty was with the curtains as they don’t block out the sunlight (only partially but a lot of light still comes in), and I am quite sensitive , especially in the summertime. Otherwise - great experience.

My wife had a birthday on day of our arrival and she got presents delivered to the room (a small "happy birthday" letter, chocolate a mini vine. Very thoughtful! The room was very spacious. The location was great, less then 5 minutes from historical city centre. Toilet and bathroom were separate.

AC was quite loud and something was cracking in it, so we turned it off for the night. Pillows were quite uncomfortable. Shower walls were incredibly ugly - some silvery material mixed with white wall, looked like unfinished. Though shower itself was working fine and was spacious. I'm picky here but I missed croisants for breakfast.

Excellent location in a lively neighborhood with many cafes and bars, a few minutes walk from the touristic city center on the opposite side of the river; Large modern and clean room (family suite), good noise isolation (there was a festival with live music in front of the hotel, but we didn't hear it inside the room), comfortable beds, great shower; Great breakfast buffet; Friendly and helpful staff

Parking in Graz was tricky for us. Parking in the streets is limited to 3 hours. There are plenty of undergroung parkings nearby, but they are low (2.10m), and our van with a luggage roof box did not fit in. Soap and shampoo was offered in little plastic bottles. A dispender would be more sustainable. The safe did not work (probably the batteries were dead; and I'm sure the staff would have fixed it immediately, but we didn't need the safe and did not ask for it, so this is not a complaint.)

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms have been updated and are quite appealing and comfortable. The location is terrific, lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, and sights within walking distance. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, with many options. There was space in the parking lot across the street (7 Euros/night), so that was very handy (there is a lot close by, if the one at the hotel is full). I would recommend this hotel to any traveler to Graz and would definitely stay there again.

While the rooms have been updated, the ground floor, with the lobby and breakfast room, has not been; it's a little dated. However, that does nothing to detract from the friendliness of the staff or the comfort of the rooms.

We arrived at the hotel after a 10-hour drive. Natalie, the receptionist, was very welcoming and made our check-in smooth. The location of the hotel was superb. Just a few minutes walk down the road you could reach many of the city attractions. Nice bars and restaurants also close to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and recently renovated. Everything was immaculately clean. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel was perfect. The location is exceptional, in the old town, excellent atmosphere. The hotel is recently renovated, the rooms are large, with brand new and tastefully chosen furniture. The colors chosen in the room as well as in the hotel are warm, pleasant, impeccably clean, it has all the necessary facilities. Tasty breakfast, extremely kind and pleasant staff. I recommend this location for any trip or stay in Graz.

There is nothing to complain about.

Hotel location is great to explore the city . New, rooms are modern design, bed is huge and very comfortable, bathroom and toilet are separate. For my wife and me it is was just great . Also they have a small parking just opposite the hotel which very convenient!

The only negative point is that you walk through the restaurant/ breakfast room to get to the lift and stairs for the bedrooms. I’m the morning people were having breakfast while others were leaving with their luggage.

Excellent location very close to centre with reasonably good access to the station. The room was excellent too, exceptionally clean and bright and, with the windows closed , quiet. But the best thing was the staff. Bianca set new standards for customer service, with Manuela close behind, and the young lady who had prepared our room was equally kind and helpful. All service granted with a smile. Well done all and thank you.

No coffee making facilities in the room as we had a lower grade room. Bianca went to some length to find us a kettle. And access from the reception to the lift is a little difficult for someone in a wheelchair or mobility handicapped. My wife is and whilst she found the three steps manageable it was not easy. Breakfast was expensive in our view at 17.50 euros each.

Exceptional value for the money paid. Great location, very close to the city center. Quiet at night. Spacious (two rooms), great bathroom, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine, ceramic hob, …, really exceptional.

All ! Availability and hospitality. Modern and well kept room: big room with a wonderful and clean bathroom. Quiet room. Great WiFi connection. Great service at breakfast and big variety for food and beverages (only one type of cake, no croissant for instance, but for me it is totally fine). Very central location of the hotel. I strongly recommend it !
