This hotel is absolutely amazing! The level of service they provide is impeccable. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with genuine care and hospitality. The staff is always friendly and professional, welcoming me with smiles and warmth, making me feel right at home. The facilities and decor of the hotel are also impressive. Every detail is carefully designed, showcasing high quality and comfort. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with cozy beds that ensure a restful sleep every night. Furthermore, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shops. Wonderful hotel near the heart of Graz. Wonderful room with a great view. Comfortable bed, clean with at great morning breakfast!!! Lively nightlife right out the door, and close to all the spots worth visiting in the city center. Wonderful authentic pub and restaurant as well. Met many friendly locals there, which was nice. Shopping, museums, parks and many activities right outside the door. Lovely city!! Highly recommend this place and it's affordable.

WIFI was a little spotty, but other than that all good. Was told when checking out that they could have helped with this!!! Wonderful place, no issues, otherwise.

Location, location, location. It is situated amazingly in the heart of Graz. I stayed for two nights, got some great sleep and visited the Schloßberg-museum, which is pretty much just on the opposite bank of the Mur - and a climb. Came back down and enjoyed drinks and good food with good company, at this place, close to my bed. Checking in and out was lightning-fast.

No way to tell the housekeeping staff that you don't need housekeeping - which is honestly both a good thing (daily cleaning ♥️) and a bit of critique (woke up a bit earlier than intended).

Clean, quiet room. Lovely breakfast. They have a restaurant as part of the business and it was very popular with local people as well as guests. I'd recommend eating here if you're staying here. A great base to explore the city and beyond.

The tap in my room was extremely stiff and i had to ask for help to show me how to use it (it wasn't obvious how to turn it on as it was so stiff). The staff were very helpful though.

I loved everything. The staff, the location, the beds etc. I found some pumpkin seeds on my pillow which are such a cute touch. The room they gave me was HUGE! For one person I felt so spoiled and happy! I wish everyone could experience this nice, friendly and hospitable place, I would give 11 stars if I could!

Most are small things, the bathroom towels were put on the basin which I don't think is great, and there were a bit less hangers but it is completely okay for 1 person. Overall I have zero complaints, well done to the hotel management!

Staff very friendly, attentive, and useful. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The fact that there is a cafe downstairs make it even better. A very good location - in terms of both public transportation and places to get out.

A breakfast is more suitable for locals or people from the German speaking countries. The Internet had been disconnecting and asking to log in numerous times while in the room.

Very lovely, large, clean room with comfortable bed. Very clean, bright and up to date. The bathroom is also very generous. The hotel is in a vibrant, artsy area with lots of bars and restaurants around, many cute boutiques and a close walk to everything!

A bit loud - I could hear the lady in the next room snoring through the wall and if you go to bed early you can still hear many people talking outside.

All was fine as far as location and comfort. I would give the beds a slightly lower rating only because they were a bit too soft for me, but that’s just my personal opinion, and they were still comfortable.The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated them accommodating me with my disability to make my stay pleasant.

Great location, easy 7min walk to the main square. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Well appointed patio, lobby, restaurant, and rooms. Everything was very clean. Bed and pillow were very comfortable, and the room was larger than I expected! It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was an amazing spread of breads, jams, cereals, eggs, bacon, juices, coffee and fruits, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

For the price, the room was quite spacious and comfortable, and the staff was helpful during check-in and when I couldn't figure out how to open the door to my room. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of hot food, bread, and fresh fruits. The location was also excellent, close to good restaurants and only a short walk to the attractions in the city center. The restaurant downstairs is also a good place for hearty and affordable local cuisine.

While the location was great, it can be a downside, especially on the weekends. My room was right above a street where I could hear people walking by and talking until late at night. The walls also seem to be a bit thin, since I could hear the guests in the room next to me talking.
