I liked the hotel the room containes everything that you need and it is spacious (who would off thought). Nothing was missing in a room, there were toilet paper, towels, trash can, shelves, nice smelling vegan soap for washing). I liked the air conditioner the most but first i didn't realised its actually air conditioner bc its not typical (i thought it's some kind of vent) but it was working really well and it didn't gave me allergies which i usually get under climate devices... Here it was ok. You can also open the window at night for some fresh air. The location is ideal as the hotel 🏩 is really close to railway station and in very center of Graz.

I just got scared first bc it was said people will be in reception untill 21.00 pm but no one was there but they have good automatic service where you just confirm your check in in device with your name and also you pay there. Device then gives you code for room and nuber of room and thats it. It worked for us.

Very accessible by bus from the train station, the hotel is well located. There is a supermarket nearby. The room had basic comfort and excellent Wi-Fi. The person at the reception was very helpful. For 10 euros, there is a very decent breakfast and coffee.

Although the hotel has a policy of not changing towels if they are kept on the rack in order to help protect the environment, the cleaning lady changed them even I respected the policy. A waste.

The best things about the hotel are the price and location. Otherwise everything is quite reasonable for the money. The stuff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is quite ok.

The parking is another 10 euro per day, what was not mentioned in the description. The parking has an elevator exit to the lobby, but its not marked properly in the parking floor. The shower door is transparent, as always in Ibis. A very nice feature when staying with family, I wish someone in Ibis thought about it a bit longer.

Location is great, close to the city center, restaurants, supermarkets. Breakfast was very good, everything you need. We paid 10€ a day for parking in an underground garage which is connected to the hotel by a lift. The staff was very helpful.

Wi-fi was terrible. It’s good for browsing or using viber, but if you plan to work from there, or download/upload something, it takes forever. There are no wardrobes or shelves, so pack light.

Very well located, close to the city center and in a beautiful area. In front you have a supermarket where you can buy things if you need. Price/value I would say are good. Nice hotel but just to stay the night.

Bed was not so comfortable and old, small bedroom but considering the price was fair. Breakfast was not so good, they only had food to prepare a sandwich and some sweets, you can get something better for that price in a restaurant. Staff was good provided us with essentials but nothing remarkable or friendly.

Located near old city center, where schloss is located - we take a small walk there. Room is very comfortable and has everything you may need, all things placed very wisely. If you want to use parking don't be confused: exact procedure is just park your car following signs on underground parking, than bring this ticket to reception, and you will pay less as well as you will get additional ticket, that will allow you to get in and out.

Nice hostel to spend one or two nights in it. Large comfortable double bed and a bunk bed. A bunk bed is intended only for children between 6 and 12 years of age. Shower and sink in the room, only a toilet in a room separated by a door. Paid parking available in the building. Hostel very well located - close to a walk to the city center.

The glass in the shower doors could be at least milky or opaque for privacy.

Just have an overnight on the way home. It was just right for that. It is in the downtown so had the chance to junp out for sight seeing and a beer in the evening

Parking caused some headache, but with the help of reception you can solve it. Rooms, and breakfast are simple, but that is what you expect from a budget hotel.

We booked the hotel room for three nights, when we arrived the receptionist told us the air conditioning was broke. She immediately offered to rebook us to the Ibis Hotel at Graz main station, free of charge. From what I saw the hotel lobby and common areas looked very clean! Furthermore, it is pretty silent at the Ibis Budget´s location, as it is located in a side road. Additionally, it is not far from the city center and the district seems very hip, modern and alternative with good looking restaurants and shops around the corner! All in all I could definitely recommend staying at the Ibis Budget for its great location and (probably) silence at night.

It’s VERY well located, especially if you go to Graz by car and need easy parking. It’s your usual ibis budget: small room, but comfortable and with the necessary facilities. But it’s very well located, and that’s a huge plus.

There was a lot of noise in the morning. We were on the 3rd floor, and we heard things being dragged on the 4th floor above us (????. But besides that, it’s pretty good. Also, even if you’re used with ibis budget hotels, this room was significantly small. But it’s not actually a problem (could be if you’re in 3)
