Newly renovated, very comfortable and quiet rooms with special charm. Friendly, helpful and professional staff, great location close to the city center. Hotel also has a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor seating area. We got a coupon for a free drink upon check-in. Breakfast was not a buffet, which some people might not like, but had a lot of options including vegan. Special requests, like gluten-free, were easily accomodated. We stayed 2 nights and had the option to skip a room cleaning in exchange for an additional free drink coupon. We really enjoyed our stay.

There were 2 sets of scented oil sticks in the bathroom, which was a bit overpowering. People with perfume allergies might have difficulties (or should contact the hotel before you arrive).

Good location, close walk to the historical center. I liked the decor, design and comfy beds and sheets. Wifi and hot water were reliable. Senior staff at reception were very kind and accommodating. I appreciate small details in decor, it’s obvious the owner invested a lot to cozy, and unique details.

Not much to dislike honestly. We arrived on Sunday which is a bit special day in Austria. Most of the services are closed in the town ( there is a nonstop pharmacy opened though, close to hotel actually). Therefore, check in at hotel was handled individually. Just keep that in mind and write them upfront to ensure smooth arrival. Staff was helpful with arrangements, which was needed after a jet leg and tiring drive we had.

This is one of the best places I ever stayed. Each room is unique, one can see the love which has been spent into modelling the rooms. The staff is very friendly and at the day of our departure we could use our room until the afternoon because there was no booking for that night (and cool down in the comfy air-conditioned room before travelling on). The buffet style breakfast has a good choice with a variety of sweet and savory dishes, salad, home-made jam,.. I only can fully recommend the place!

Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff. Individually decorated rooms designed with much love, creativity and attention to detail. Highest quality in every aspect, including the flexibility awarded as we asked for accommodation of an extra guest.

In an ordinary hotel, you would not normally notice this, but in one so exceptional in all other aspects: The towels were a bit too rough and could have done with a bit of softener.

Wonderful little hotel located centrally in Graz. It feels like a hotel you would find in a small little town (in a good way) with very friendly staff and a cozy family-run atmosphere. They were very communicative during the booking process and helped us with a late check-in.

More breakfast options would be nice. They offer different variations of bread/cheese and eggs.

The hotel was really communicative about how to reach it and how to gain access for out of hours check-in which was really easy to do. The interiors are beautiful and it was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had - we were so sorry we were only staying one night and will definitely be back! The breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly.

The location is a 1 minute off the bus stop, which is a 5 minute ride from the train, one of the most convenient locations we visited. It looks right at the Schlossberg and it's just minutes to walk to the historic center of the city. The Restaurant is charming, the breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable and the bathroom renovated and modern. A really charming place, will definitely go back

Great location and food, friendly staff. The restaurant is always busy which shows how popular and good it is. My room was much nicer and modern than I was expecting but with a traditional feeling. Location is perfect, not too busy but some great bars, restaurants and entertainment right on the doorstep and it is only a short walk into the centre of Graz.

Lovely accommodation, beautifully presented in a very artistic manner. Great location.

We had an issue on check-in as the premises are not open on Sundays. This should have been explained to us in our booking details about where to go and how to locate the key for entry.

Everything was great. Great location - 17minute nice walk to the city centre. A historical building with brand new rooms, tidy and cozy, each having its own design. New modern bathrooms, absolute cleanliness. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Styrian-style cuisine. Special thanks to the personnel, friendly and helpful - we really felt like staying in your big family. We would love to return!
