The Hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, speaking excellent English. The room that I had was very large, warm, comfortable and lovely having towelling dressing gowns, slippers, water bottles and chocolates, along with tea and coffee facilities. We had breakfast included in our stay, this was outstanding, plenty of choice, fresh and an unexpected bonus of Champagne in the restaurant which was included... very nice.

The only slight downside is that it is about a 10 minute drive to the town centre, but this was good for me. However, there is a bus service to and from the hotel, but I did not use this, so am unable to comment on it.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the overall cleanliness of the room - the room was very open as well. The shower was really nice, and the bathroom was also nice and spacious for two people. Breakfast was also a nice bonus

1. The room heating could have worked a lot better. My partner was very warm, and the 16C felt like 21C. In fact, I would say it didn't work at all. 2. I could hear the vent of the bathroom throughout the night, and that was irritating. I'm not going to lie. The vent also needs to be cleaned. 3. The wifi stopped working from 22:00 till 04:00 in the morning (the room was so hot that my partner had to open the balcony, so I checked my phone), and while I understand the hotel cannot always keep track of the wifi, I am sure they must have gotten some complaints to fix it. 4. For 300 euros, I am not sure what I paid for reflected the quality of the room. That said, it is Bruges, so take it as you will.

The hotel from the outside is just stunning and well presented. It is extremely clean and tidy. The staff were attentive, extremely helpful and kind. We arrived extremely early in the morning so that we could head to the beach and although we couldn't check in, we were offered breakfast which was extremely welcome after an early morning ferry crossing. The breakfast in the restaurant was brilliant and had a fantastic variety of items. The location was also extremely good. The hotel offer a taxi for a fixed fee or a shuttle but we drove into Bruges and parked at the station which gave us a little.more flexibility, both were great options. The rooms were spacious and the beds are huge, and extremely comfortable. I would love to come again.

Leaving!

Amazing location just 500 m from the motorway, and with a Tesla charger for electric vehicles. The shuttle bus for 5 euros per room taking you into Bruge three times a day is excellent. Buffet breakfast - the food provided was a good selection. It's the first ever I have seen with champagne flutes and fizzy wine at 7am!! Room itself was very spacious with an 8 ft desk area and two seperate lounge seats - so we were very blessed. Plus door to a small outdoor patio area with two chairs there as well. I suspect it was an easy access room for those in a wheelchair, but the decor was not making that obvious - so it was a good example of the famous great Belgium design.

Very small point, but the only thing we can think of is that more sachets of tea and coffee could have been provided. We felt a little bit rationed with only one caffeinated coffee each day...but this is not serious!

The food in the bistro was excellent, especially the Weinbrugge burger - we found on a previous visit that the restaurant is very expensive, but food good. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.

The Superior Room 005 or 006 (can't remember) was a little tired with pieces of veneer chipped off the bedside unit - not very superior ! - worst of all was the continuous distinct background humming of an air extraction unit / boiler room exhaust system (?) which seemed emanate from either above or below our room, and it went on all night long !

the room felt welcoming and the staff was very helpful and polite, the entry was open yet gave a warm feeling not a hospital feeling. The bathroom was big enough for us both at the same time no fighting over the sink or bathtub and watching tv from the bed was easy thanks to the size of the tv 2 pillows per person was icing on the cake in most hotels we stayed it was either 2 or 3 pillows for 2 persons. Parkin on hotel ground was clean and well maintained as was the overall lighting on the premises. We can keep typing al good things but best is to come check it out yourself and do not forget to include a breafast that was just amazing on top of everything else

In the room (117) was a nice size tv and 1 small chair and a very tiny table. this could be improved when there is 2 people staying in the room a 2nd chair is not a luxury, a slightly larger table (for a laptop) would be nice too. The thing what was most missed is information in the room, all there was was a list of tv channels, nothing else the staff provided information when asked. In the hotel is no vending machine so bring your own snacks for the room eating stops @ 22:00 local stores are hard to find

The room was very spacious with high ceiling. There are plenty of parking spaces. I found the hotel architecture charming. The hotel is well situated for a visit to Bruges by car.

The bathroom is due to renovation and had a few dirty surfaces. The leather chairs of the restaurants are completely worn off which gives an impression that the management wants to only maximise their profit. Solutions could be found...

The room was so big and plenty of space for storage. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection and the meals in the evening were excellent. Location was about 4 mile outside the city centre was was very easy to access city from here.

Bed was not made up every day although the maids visited the room every day !

This is our second stay there on a business trip to the area. We are very satisfied with the conditions of the accommodation, the assistance with the transfer to the airport and the service in the bar and restaurant. The food is wonderful.

In the circle of the joke that there is no food before 18:00. Everything is very good there.

The room spacious and the bed comfortable. Good air conditioning and a window that opened.

A very off waiter in the Bistro. He seemed to become unhappy once he knew I was from England and was also off with another English guest and a young lady who he thought was English but lightened in mood when she said no. I read online about other guests encounters with this gentleman.
