Everything. It was modern, clean and had a very comfy bed. When arriving we received all necessary information about Brugge and surroundings: city map, restaurant recommendation, directions etc. The B&B is in walking distance to Brugge city center, which is amazing. Our dog was very welcomed and received treats for breakfast as well as a small arrival gift. Thanks a lot again for this. Lud, the mother of the host, was absolutely welcoming and mad a very special breakfast with homemade fresh juices that tasted delicious.

Really nice place to stay, the inventory of our room was new, nice, clean, cosy and very comfy! Especially the bed :-) bathroom was top as well, plenty of towels, great shower, instant hot water and no problems with clogged drain etc. (which is quite common). Coffee machine within the room (Krups), sparkling water in a fridge, welcome drink and snack for us and also for our dog.. very nice gesture ;-) Acco. owner is very friendly to dogs and I believe other pets as well! Garden is also very warming and nice, you can sit in front of your apartment. Long story short, this is the best place to stay when you want to visit Bruges! It is like 2 or 3 kms on foot to the city centre, nice roads, no issue at all!

We had an incredible stay at this lovely B&B in Brugge! The host, Lud, was incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home during our two-night visit. Their pet-friendly approach was a big plus, and our dog enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect – calm and cosy, yet just a short 30-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride to Brugge center. Also, it's only a 30-minute drive from the beautiful Belgium coast. There were many maps and guides for exploring Brugge and nearby towns in our room. We highly recommend this B&B to any couple, especially those traveling with pets. We'll definitely be back to enjoy the warm hospitality. Thank you to Lud, Lander and Leen for a wonderful experience!

An amazing place, really well equipped and pristine. It as in a residential area next to a small park which was great for the kids. It is also a short walk into Bruges centre. Lud was an amazing host and made us feel really welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was fantastic with the kids. The breakfast was awesome and brought up to our room in the morning. I would highly recommend this place. Only 40 or so minutes from Calais, as a great first night stop over or somewhere to stay before you take the boat back. Thanks for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back.

The bedroom and living room interior, made it enjoyable to stay indoors in the evening if you don't want to go out. The dinnerware, wine glasses, mugs, cutlery, microwave, fridge and espresso machine made it a comfortable option to grab a takeaway and just enjoy some wine in the living room with netflix available to watch shows. The neighbourhood is quiet and not too far from the centre of Bruge, made a pleasant walking routine for us, taking perhaps 25-30 mins walk through the train station and between the pretty park before we hit the main streets leading to the centre.

The apartment is upstairs the main house and the stairs leading to this curves and is quite small and steep so not ideal for those with mobility issues, wear heels or who bring lots of luggage. It is managable but something to keep in mind.

The hostess of the B&B was very pleasant and helpful. She lives on site, so was availability to answer any questions or deal with any issues. The property was clean, nicely decorated and with excellent air conditioning in the bedroom, free WiFi and Netflix on the TV. My suite had a nice terrace, with a comfortable chair and a table and chairs for dining. The B&B was located close to both the train station and a bus stop. From the bus stop, it is possible to get the bus to the station and then change for a bus to the centre of Bruges. These buses are very regular. It is also possible to walk to both the station and the centre of Bruges from the B&B.

I liked my stay very much but my suite may have benefited from cooking facilities such as a microwave or hob to allow the cooking of simple meals. My suite had a kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge and was fully supplied with plates and cutlery etc. It is possible to order food for delivery through Deliveroo and there are supermarkets close-by where you can buy snacks.

Fantastic accommodation, large bed, comfy seats. There's a mini-fridge, coffee maker + coffee cups, selection of teas, plates/glasses/cups/cutlery, air-conditioning, bath robes. Lud is a very welcoming host and even gave us some freshly made fruit juices. Very clear instructions in advance on how to find the property. Lots of tourist information available too, we did a couple of walks from the tourist guide book and had a great day in Bruges. Would definitely visit again!

Fantastic! It's privately owned. We booked two rooms (we were 2 couples) with garden view. Finally it was a full outbuilding which consists of two rooms with huge bathroom each. Rooms are very modern and well decorated, everything needed is inside including a small fridge and dishes. We had a nice table in the garden where we could sit all 4 together for breakfast, dinner, playing cards in the evening, etc... Breakfast was something outstanding, I highly recommend it! For 15 euro you have plenty of food: egg, small salad, cheese, ham, variety of bread and pastry... and fresh juices for sure! Juices are an art there;-). I doubt that we could find a better breakfast in the town. And we were welcomed very-very warmly by the owners. Special thanks for Mrs. Lud who made this stay unforgettable. It's literally one of the best and cozy hotels I've every stayed.

We liked everything! That it's not that close to the city center: it takes around 20-25 minutes by foot to reach the entrance of the old town.

Lud was our host, she's a wonderful sweet lady, we have no words that can describe how much we enjoyed her company, the kindness and how thoughtful she was from the first moment until the last hug when we left. We would like to send her a big hug and also a cuddle to Jimmy and Mika. We felt welcomed and we are hoping to come back very soon. The bedroom was wonderful, extremely comfortable, extremely clean and also very spacious. The bathroom was also big and super nice. There was also a nice terrace where we could have coffee or a drink with privacy and comfort. The location is just 5 minutes away from the center of brugges so we can actually say that this was the most perfect place we have been for at least the last 5 years if not more.

There wasn't anything we didn't like!

Absolut clean. Wonderful and shining example for a host. Experiencing this kind of care and fantastic hospitality I have only found in the Hotel Adlon in Berlin yet. The host knows what you need before you ask. The breakfast was also an example of this love and care. We also had a nice walk downtown and an extraordinary dinner at The Passage. I should not forget that Mama Lud also loved 🥰 our dog. A perfect place earns a perfect rating!
