The buidling in airport in Amterdam was nice a very nice adult lady walked us to the Intl. side to get our way out to travel. The hotel mostly the attendies were very warm. The bulding is nice too. Nice to have water for the customers.

No washing laundry close by. I had back ache after waking up the first day. Lack of warm liquids to drink. Bery clean, but we used the same towel for 3 day, maybe one change could have been enough. Was not good after a loooong flight to have had us change airport to our end arrival and payed more for a taxi plus on rush hour.

The location is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of items to choose from. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is run by a young couple. I appreciated the coffee/tea making facility in the room with coffee/tea bags available. A free bottle of water was a nice bonus. There is a free parking available by the hotel. It was our second stay in this hotel (the first one was under a different ownership) and I´m sure not the last one.

I didn´t find anything I didn´t like.

All with all I’m very satisfied and happy with my stay. The guy at the reception desk in the evening was extremely nice and friendly, really an amazing welcoming and service oriented staff member. the beds were comfortable and the instructions were clear. The parking was perfect and hotel location was perfect for our purpose, close to Brussels Airport.

Although I’m really happy with my stay, a few small points could be improved: I placed a “do not disturb” sign outside of the door, because I wanted to sleep until at least 10:30 because I dropped someone off at the airport at night (check out was possible until 11), but the cleaning staff still knocked on my door around 9, which was annoying. Also the sink in the washing table didn’t work properly, but it was no big problem. I went outside of the room at 10, but couldn’t get back in with my card. If check out is until 11, I think the card should work until 11. Luckily a cleaner helped me get inside so I could fetch my suitcase.

The room was quiet and very clean, the bed was comfortable allowing for a good sleep. It is simple but has very good value. The breakfast was much more than I expected - very good variety and good quality. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. They arranged, on arrival, for a taxi to pick us up early in the morning. It was a 12 minute ride to the airport, so very convenient.

The room was a bit cool but I still slept well. My wife struggled with the high tub wall, as she has arthritis. The hotel is not near any restaurants and their own only serves breakfast.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean with a modern bathroom. The kingsize bed was very comfortable and my baby girl slept great in her cot. Spend one night here, just to get to the airport early in the morning. Took the bus to the airport that stops almost right in front of the hotel. Bus fare: €2,50. Saved me lots of getting-up-early-to-catch-my-morning-flight stress (you just never know with traffic around Antwerp and Brussels!) Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Quite place: I got a room in the 2nd floor as requested; good location:suburb-distanced from the center, but not far from it, close to the airport . From the staff, special thanks to Denis: a very nice person, humble, friendly, always smiling and helpful, multilingual. Breakfast ok, but if they’d add vegetables it would be much better. I met my expectations; to go again

All ok

I was traveling with a colleague after a weekend of work in Spa and we both had a flight back on the following day. The hotel served our porpouse: very close to the airport + private car park. Room was big and comfortable and the staff is nice and super kind. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately on Sunday we worked too late to arrive on time for the check in (11pm), so I tried to reach out the hotel, but no one replied neither to the emails nor the phone calls. We've been lucky enough to meet the guy who was working at the reception right after he left, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get into the room. He told us that in these cases they normally leave the keys in an envelope at the reception but we didn't get any communication about this and it's not even specified at the moment of the reservation. I suggest to improve this part, because we really risked to spend the night out.

A clean and comfortable hotel close to the airport. Good WIFI.

The hotel services included 'airport transfer' but this is no longer available (apparently, to any hotels near the airport). I didn't get a response to messages that I sent the hotel about this but when I called I was given good advice and so took an Uber.

The staff is friendly.

The Internet was not working properly in my room, they kindly offered to change it but I liked my room's floor and view so decided to accept this. The nearest market is 500m, and the bus stop was also far.

For our family of four we needed two rooms, and were given ones right next to each other (not adjoining, though). Close to the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking. The parking lot isn't huge, but there appeared to be plenty of street parking available as well. Reasonably priced.

The airport shuttle isn't running (citing Covid), although that is why we chose this hotel in the first place. No air conditioning, which would have been nice on a hot night.
