If you need to be near NATO, this is a great little hotel, well situated for doing business in the area. It is not the closest located hotel to NATO but it is not far, and allows for a nice walk to stretch your legs. The hotel has a small but not bad training room as well. The hotel is also nicely decorated, modern and comfortable, with a nice bar and restaurant area.

There is not much food selection for the restaurant, and the pizza I ordered seemed like a cheap frozen pizza. I hope the other food selections are better. But this is no big deal as there are other restaurants around.

The bed were very comfortable and I slept like a log. Very tranquil location. It was just a stop-over for a connection flight the next day and I had not been to Brussels before, but after my stay overnight at this hotel, I'm now thinking of a proper holiday in Brussels. Superb staff. Attentive and welcoming and such a peaceful and tranquil location. I will recommend this hotel for lay-overs in-between flights from Brussel Airport.

Didn't have the chance not to like anything. My first impressions were very good.

I stayed one night before flying out of Brussels Airport. This hotel had a simple, small room which is all that I needed. It was quiet for being close to the airport, and I especially liked the restaurant and bar. The restaurant has a small menu, but you can get Belgian beer on tap and some Belgian staples, and the food was surprisingly good for an airport hotel. I recommend you take the train from the hotel to the airport, as the closest train station is only a 5-minute walk.

Great Bar, good location, nice place!

I would close the door between rhe hallway and the Pool table. The walls are thin so you could hear the neighbours and the people playing pool. I would recommend ro change the carpet in the hallway on the ground floor, it has been used and one can see that it´s time for a change. But this is not ment as negative, just as an information to the management. Really loved the reception/bar. Nicely decorated and superfriendly staff

It is a really lovely hotel. The staff where excellent and the facilities were above par. We played some pool and had a few drinks in the very comfortable bar area. We got a pizza, and it was delicious. They have a very well equipped Gym if you feel up to it.

The only thing was. And it not the hotels fault, was the misdirection in Google Maps. Google Maps direct you into the Holiday Inn which is the next entrance. Once you find it you will not be disappointed.

Brussel is very expensive so what I paid it was good value. Tv has free movies to look at. I did miss breakfeast by 15 minutes by my own fault but they did still give me some food on the morning.

The room was cold. Needed to use air heat pump to heat the room, and it keep some noise. Its a little bit far away fron center but its a airport hotel and its near the airport(bus 272 is your way to here). Pitsas at restaurant are not anything to mention, but there is nothing near by where to eat...

The reception and dining areas are wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and as expected. It didn't cost a lot to stay for the night and it is close to the Brussels Airport (taxi or bus)

There was an air conditioning unit in the room but it didn't work. Not a deal breaker, but we had some trouble sleeping. The sounds from the floor above were sometimes too easy to hear. The drinks and pizza felt a bit expensive. Also, not too easy to get to the city center by public transport.

Location is close to the airport by bus (only 10 minutes). The room was relatively large and beds were quite comfortable. Bathroom was ok as well. There is pool table in the lobby and restaurant.

Location being close to the airport, you will hear planes taking off and landing. The staff wasn't welcoming and barely professional at best. Noise isolation could be a little better.

Quirky design that was very acceptable. The room was clean and functional. Perfect for an overnight stay. Thank you. The staff were multi-lingual and very helpful. Breakfast was very filling and the range of options was fantastic. I particularly liked the Almond Milk option I had with my cereal - a good quality of taste - thank you.

Nothing. There was nothing that would have made my stay better

The decoration is amazing, i felt very confortable and had a great mood through the whole stay! The staff were very nice and the food delicious! The breakfast is reall nice too! Fresh fruits, juice, bread, waffles, i had a desert like breakfast just because it was so good! Haha

It's a bit hard to get there by public transportation, so i ended up getting a cab on my way out, but mostly cause i had. A business meeting very early, or else i could have made it by public transportation.
