The hotel was very well located, close to the city and with easy access to our other destinations. The breakfast was excellent and had so much variety and good quality options that you can stay for days with no concern to be repeating same stuff day after day.

The room had a disturbing noise in the bathroom, audible from the room. Over night, the location is quiet and tranquil - but this made the sound even more upsetting - we could not have a proper night of sleep. And because it was Easter weekend, no one was available to fix. What a shame - that could be easily the best hotel in our trip, but it was downgraded to an average position because of a simple maintenance problem.

The hotel is located a short drive from the airport. If you rent a car, it's a perfect location, but it's too far (in my opinion) if you plan to walk to the airport. The room was big and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and featured a bathtub as well as a shower. The room was clean. The food at the restaurant was excellent ! We had an a la carte dinner there, and all of the dishes we ordered were great (the streak was a bit too done, MW instead of M, but that was the only thing). Breakfast was also very good. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, even more so the staff at the restaurant.

I don't often write reviews, but this hotel far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a convenient place to stay, close to the Brussels airport, that would provide a shuttle to the airport early in the morning for an early flight. We had a very nice experience. The hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff were kind, helpful and cheerful. There isn't a lot near the Brussels airport so we didn't go out. We ate in the hotel restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were fantastic. The hotel breakfast offered EVERYTHING we could possibly have wanted--fresh fruits and vegetables, abundant eggs, meat, smoke salmon, cheeses, smoothies, yogurts, granola, pastries...We also had espresso and cappuccino with fresh squeezed juices. It was a great way to start a very long day of travel.

The staff accommodated a special request which made our six-night stay fabulous! The room was warm, spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and we had a great view of the park. The refrigerator was handy, the shower pressure good. We did not eat any meals at the property nor use the television. Hope to stay again some time!

The electrical outlets were not handy to a mirror, which made it challenging to dry and straighten my hair. That's all.

The courtesy shuttle bus was great as well as having a restaurant on site.

We were told the shuttle bus departed every half hour. On the morning that we were flying out we went down to reception at 5.18am and the shuttle bus was driving away empty so we then had to get a taxi. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and used the shuttle bus to get to the train station each day which was very convenient only had that one problem.

The hotel is considering itself as an airport hotel. Do not get me wrong. This is not a drawback. Actually, in opposite. They do their best to become convenient and comfortable place to stop for a night or two: spacious and silent rooms (special silent zones established in the hotel), early served breakfasts, swift check-in/check-out and hotel shuttle bus going back and forth between the airport and the hotel from early morning until late evening (no need to make any a reservation since it is a real bus not a van). In addition to that, if you pay a little bit more for better room, you will get an access to what they call sky lounge. Very convenient if e.g. you are too tired to use restaurant (good snacks, beer, wine etc.). Going back to breakfasts for a while... Very good variety of fresh meals (e.g. choice of cheeses was unexpectedly huge). Very good coffee (Jura coffee machines).

During one-night stay I have not found anything wrong.

Room was large, bathroom had separate tub and shower. Got a room with 2 beds, which is hard to find in Brussels. fAirport shuttle was great - we arrived by train and took shuttle to the property. Grounds are absolutely gorgeous - on a park with a pond. Large vending machine with snacks, cheese, salami, wine, beer and the usual stuff. In room fridge.

Didn't eat at the restaurant, but prices were very expensive.

Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Good restaurant and beautiful outdoor garden for dining or relaxing.

Property was great. However, they share a courtesy shuttle with one other hotel which we did not realize. Coming from the train station, the driver did not announce which hotel we were at. My husband and I got off. Turns out we got off at the wrong hotel. Had to walk a good 100 yards to the Crowne Plaza.

The location cant be beat if you need to be at the airport early. The room was a nice size and very clean. Free toiletries if you forget anything. Gree shuttle to airport starting at 4am and runs every 20 mins

Shower was insanely small (im 5 ft and kept banging my elbow) there was also a tub and technically I guess you could shower in there, there just was no shower curtain. The receptionist put us in a room with no sofa bed that I had booked. No big deal they brought us a key & we moved 2 doors down but that room with the sofa bed had no sheets on the sofa bed, I found a blanket in the closet but the sofa bed was super uncomfortable, basically a 1 inch pad as the matress and it didnt lay flat I wound up having to squeeze into the bed with the other guests. Also the receptionist didn't tell us we need to swipe our keycard to get the elevator to work so that was a bit confusing.

Great room and facilities. Close to airport which helped as we could get our Covid test for the USA the day before our flight. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Shuttle service good.

The hotel is not convenient for eating outside their dining room plus we were there on a very rainy night. We were not able to eat because they were at capacity and could not get a table till a time much too late for us. We could not eat in the bar area, although after seeing people getting bread service there, we asked and received bread.
