Very clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast with lots of choices (enjoyed the fresh smoothies a lot). Modern feel. Restaurant was great for dinner, good food and nice, efficient service. The little shop is super practical, and I love that you can pay w self check out.

The shuttle bus is very useful but doesn’t always turn up for pick up at the airport. Even though I had reserved and paid in advance, I waited for half an hour in the cold in the evening and ended up taking a taxi. Receptionist was nice and at least gave me a complimentary ride back to the airport. That was was on time and smooth.

The location of the hotel is very convenient because I was travelling from Brussels Airport the next morning. The hotel shuttle runs regularly and got me there with plenty of time. I was impressed by the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff, especially Carlos at the reception when I checked-in. I appreciated that there are many places to work at my laptop, the decor is very nice and functional. The fitness centre is small enough, but well equipped and it felt great to get some exercise in after/before a long travel day.

The pillows were too soft for my liking, but that's something I'm finding in a lot of continental European hotels. The bed overall was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep.

check in was easy, there are 6 kiosks for check in in addition to the actual receptionist, so it should be able to handle crowds. the room itself is spacious, clean and well designed, it looks more like a studio than a hotel room. i really like the designs it’s so sleek and well thought of. there is a large desk area, a large sitting area with comfortable chairs, there are outlets everywhere, you have access to the AC/heater control, there’s a complimentary water bottle in the fridge, a hot water kettle and tea/coffee. the bathroom is spacious and clean. they have dinner available and it’s reasonably priced. there is also a convenience store. yes, it’s far away from the city, but that’s what airport hotels are. i read one of the reviews somewhere that the light in the room doesn’t turn off completely, it does. you just need to figure out how to do it. they also have shuttle service, not all the airport hotels in the area do, and taxi/Uber can be pricey.

Very clean and nicely furnished room. Solid breakfast. Didn‘t have time for the gym but looked decent from outside. A plus: small convenience store in lobby with sufficient selection of beverages, snacks, toiletries. Shuttle to airport was on time and comfortable.

You can hear the planes, it is an airport hotel after all. You could also hear voices, noise from adjacent rooms though. Self checkin did not work, although friendly help by staff was there immediately.

Such friendly staff, beautiful rooms, tea and coffee making facilities, well kept lift, lovely restaurant with delicious dinner and breakfast buffet with cooked and continental options, great little shop to buy drinks and snacks, screens for check in and check out with a member of staff on hand. Staff fluent in English and French and other languages. We asked for tea bags and milk at the bar and they gave us lots for no extra charge. Air source heat/air con which worked really well. Good soundproofing (didn't hear a single plane!) And a range of channels in different languages on the TV. The room came with a desk, comfy chairs, a big bed, sockets and USB sockets, bedside lights, lamps, bathroom with complimentary soaps and free drinking water in the fridge. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The car park is VERY expensive. No milk in the room or breakfast tea.

I liked the good manners, the warm and friendly attention from personnel at front desk and restaurant. My stay was very pleasant. I could complaint about the location because there are not stores or places to visit next to the hotel, but my office is in the airport and this was the main reason for selecting the hotel, then the price. My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. It has been recently renovated and all premisses were neat, clean and well designed. Our room was spacious and cozy and it had a complimentary mini bar that was refilled daily which we really appreciated. Team working in the bar is amazing, we had the best experience of the beer testing ever :-) The hotel is located in 15 min bus ride from the airport. Bus stop is a 3 min walk away of the hotel, closest train and tram stops that you can use to go to the city centre are in 10-12 min walk from the hotel. Going to the city centre takes about 25-30 min and depends on the means of transport you will choose.

We stayed here for one night before our very early flight out of Brussels airport. We left our car in their parking lot for the entire 2,5 week trip, which was a very handy and affordable arrangement. The room was much bigger than expected, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice(with a big walk in and strong shower), the girl at reception was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We plugged our phones in at the head of the bed, but found out in the morning that if you switch the big lights off those plugs are off as well, which meant our phones did not charge.

Good location if you need to fly from Zaventem, they have a big parking lot where you can park (not free) when you fly out. Beds were amazing and had a great night sleep, room overall was pretty good. Friendly staff that got me a cab to the airport as well. Will look into this hotel next time I have to fly out of Zaventem for sure.

The carpet in the longggggg hallways looks dirty, empty pizza boxes in front of peoples room (know that's not something hotel can do much about). They gave me key to wrong room, but fixed that within a few minutes when I told them about it. The location itself is a bit off grit and no atmosphere, but wasn't there to do sightseeing so was ok for us. For just a night sleep it's not the cheapest hotel, but oh well we went for comfort and that's what you pay for.

Good location for my purposes, easy drive from the airport. Nice staff and easy check-in and check-out process. Bead was big and comfy. Breakfast was ok - could use some more veggie options.

The room smelled a bit old, had a bit of mold on the wall.... could use a refresher/ paint job. The iron is very old/ no steam so can't really iron much with it. Again - a bit of investment on that would be nice.
