Great staff, very comfortable bed, and the AC worked very well in room! Nice bathroom with plentiful hot water in the shower! Only a 5 minute drive from the airport. Very good front desk staff and airport shuttle. Shuttle was perfectly leaving on time, and got us to the airport quickly early in the morning. Good restaurant downstairs, just next to the check-in area.

I stayed in room 3005. The room was very spacious, plenty of daylight and an amazing bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and amazing rain shower. In the room there was a mini fridge - contents complimentary and a safe.

in the room there were 3 mirrors and they were all coated with a yellowish tint. This made it slightly difficult to put on makeup. Also what I noticed the sheet on the bed was stained - it was clean, but obviously the stains didn't wash out.

modern, nice, quiet, clean and quiet rooms, near airport, near highway, away from Brussels traffic, good price, AC rooms, airplanes views from windows, full wall size room glass/window unlike some hotels where windows are small making feel suffocation. also tesla charger onsite. decent breakfast options for the price we got. checkin intern girl was very helpful.

little small and dark lobby and breakfast area but ok for the price and location in the area. Lobby of Crowne Plaza is much bigger and elegant but it’s also bit more expensive.

The check in staff was very helpful and help correct mistakes made by booking.com. I can't express how much I appreciate everything they did. The Bar staff was amazing and made my wife's drink to perfection. The location was on the main road but not a lot a noise. Rooms had plenty of space for all our stuff and pets. The breakfast bar has had the most options we've scene in Europe and offers both cold and warm items. The hotel has a game room with drinks, coffee and a few games. This was a hangout spot for us when we got up and also returned from our outings.

Breakfast was very good, and at the floor I was at, there was also free soda and coffee. It was a small room, but fine for single nights.

There was no normal handsoap, only body was in a small type. It was not possible to turn a single light at the bed, only all the light in the room. It was a bit strange how the location of room 1000-5000 was located. You had to take 2 different elevators.

All were perfect except the transfer service to airport.

I booked this room in order to have transfer service to the airport! When I arrived they told me that the service is not available any more! If I knew it I wouldn’t book a room to this hotel! I paid 23€ for a taxi for a transfer of 2,5 km.

Very nice room - stylish bathroom, comfortable bed, big screen TV with lots of free channels in various languages. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice (cooked and cold). Good location - 10 minute walk from Diegem station (for trains to/from central Brussels) and if you don't have much luggage it is possible to walk to/from the airport in less than an hour.

30 minutes check in, first trying with the computer, 5 times taking a foto, did not work, 3 times with help from the stuff, than ask to go into the lines- another 10 minutes wait same for check out, 30 minutes to get the invoices correct: it was difficult to get the adresse of the customer on the invoices (which is from my view a normal ask with each client) still chewing gum paper on the table from the prior guest

it is clean and modern and all you need in an airpot hotel

the main issue here is the shuttle service. hotel claims they have shuttle service but it’s actually available only at certain times. which means you will be charged around 20€ for a taxi. main problem is actually that most taxis or Ubers don’t want to drive you 3 kms away! it’s not easy to get to the hotel from the airport if you happen to be outside shuttle hours (which is easy!).

Very clean rooms, super helpful staff . They upgraded our rooms to make our stay with our 2 kids more comfortable. They could not provide an extra bed and gave us an extra room free of charge. Many thanks to the young receptionist who helped us on 20th January! This service does make a huge difference ! Restaurant had of the best dishes we have tried in Belgium . Often shuttle buses to Brussels and transportation to other locations.
