They cleaned the room, changed towels and refilled soap daily. It offers free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a tea kettle. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is close to public transport and we easily traveled to Leuven and Mechelen by bus or train. Near the hotel there is a Carrefour store with a variety of products. If you want to eat, there is a restaurant downstairs or there are other options in the neighborhood. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. At the back there is a generous garden where you can enjoy your coffee or beer.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the evening meal we had at the hotel was lovely also. There is a very good choice of menu options for dinner and the prices are reasonable for both food and drinks.

The wifi didn't work in our room on the 2nd floor (although it worked fine in the reception/eating area on the ground floor and other guests who were staying on the 1st floor said that it was working for them). The breakfast selection was a little disappointing, because we hadn't been made aware that only a cold buffet would be available.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The stay itself was spacious and very well furnished. You basically have everything you need in it. The breakfast could have had more variety. The restaurant nevertheless was exceptional. The chef customised our order to the liking of our taste buds and to be honest, the food was better than some very highly rated restaurants. There is a big free public parking in front of the hotel. We were able to find parking inspite of arriving quite late. Absolute recommendation.

Excellent room service. At the end of the day when we return to our room, we see the neat and beautiful room. Breakfast is nice and plenty of everything. Fresh and warm. Very nice staff.

It was a little hard to carry all our luggage upstairs using the staircase. AC is not cooling enough. Felt a little hot inside the room. We prefer traditional wood doors which can close properly in the washroom, rather than the sliding glass door which they had at the hotel. Anyway, none of these were big issues.

Everything was great except wifi. The staff was very friendly. The view though the window was like in the picture. And the food at the restaurant was very good.

The Wi-Fi connection was very poor; I couldn't even check my email.

I like the location because of the silence. The area is quiet and I could focus on my work perfectly, but Leuven is just an average walk away. The staff is very helpful and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. Rooms were perfectly clean and the restaurant had good food. The is a small courtyard where I could sit with perfect wifi and later in the evening, sitting in the sun with a beer, it was just what I needed.

I booked a room without breakfast, but the next morning, I wanted to have a coffee before leaving. So I ordered and when I asked to pay, the girl at the reception said that it was fine - a small attention, as she put it. Sometimes, small things, like a morning coffee served for free, could make one’s day. Big thanks and if I ever come back to Leuven, I will try to book the same hotel.

Beautiful neighbourhood with old European charm, near many cafes and restaurants, close to train station and easy to get to Leuven in daytime. Hotel was very clean, spacious, the “floors” were kind of weird but got used to them quickly. Friendly staff

Hotel is across street from a beautiful church, which means that at 7AM on a Sunday the church bells will be ringing hard when trying to sleep, but it wasn’t a big inconvenience.

We are vegans so it was nice that we were taken into account and offered some vegan breakfast options. It wasn’t a lot but it was enough to keep us filled up to lunch time. The stuff was very nice and helpful and everything was super clean and comfortable. Perfect value for money.

Just a couple of details. WiFi didn't get to my room (2nd floor), I had to go downstairs. If you plan to sleep late you must close the windows as there is church right next to the hotel :)
