Excellent staff - really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location is great, very close to the centre but nice and quiet. Rooms are nice and modern, nothing fancy but more than adequate for a weekend stay.

Breakfast is very basic. Typical of breakfast buffets in this part of Europe, but if you're used to anything else this is barely passable. 11am checkout instead of midday is annoying. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The room was brand new and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and room were ample space for 1 person. Breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly.

Because it is summer, the room did not have any airconditioning at all. The 1st night it was very warm and impossible to sleep well. The 2nd night, I informed the reception about the situation and he did his best to help, even checking fans to place in the room. There are rooms with airconditioning, fyi. But unfortunately mine did not have any. However, thankfully, the 2nd night it was cooler so I was able to rest well. And the receptionist offered me a free refreshing drink which I thought was kind of him. Apart from the airconditioning, everything else was really good.

This hotel is the perfect location, tight on the edge of Leuven town centre. 2 mins walk and you're in the heart of the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the air con was brilliant. Breakfast was plentiful and an excellent choice. The parking was brilliant also. Highly reccommended

Tiny negative was the staircase as it was narrow and steep, but this is easily overcome as there is a lift. Everything else was spot on.

Really great value for the money. Great location and breakfast. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Belgium had some unusually hot days when we were visiting and air-conditioning at night would have been nice. We did appreciate the fan in the room though.

The hotel is situated in a quite place not far from the city centre (about 5-7 min by feet). There is a small park and a UNESCO sightseeng zone nearby. The breakfast was quite good, with a choice of fruit, cheeses, and yogurts. The room was clean. The bathroom equipment is new and in a good technical state. The personnel is friendly and helpful. There is a choice of fast food and restaurants at a distance of 3-10 min walk. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is really close to the city center. at few meters far from the main square of the city: oude markt, full of pub and restaurant. The staff is kind. the room was clean and confortable. breackfast is very rich.

The bathroom was a little bit wet, without a fan to dry it and without a window, but in any case very clean and confortable. I was in a room at the 4th floor not reached by the elevator and with stars deep.

The room and the hotel overall was really great. The room was very tidy, comfortable and clean. I had an amazing view of the church, the street is close to the main locations but still quiet enough to have a good rest. The breakfast was also nice, the staff super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Good scrammbled eggs. Fresh bread. Illy coffee. Plenty of fruit.

It could be very noisy in the street outside. People walking home from a night out. I saw houses in the same street with "Please, be quiet" notices in their windows. Not such a big deal, because it didn't last long. And I guess this is what you have to expect if you stay near the centre of a lively city.

Hotel close to the center of Leuven and close to the restaurants. Large family room on the top floor (2 adults' one child), enough room to play. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Car parking is opposite the hotel in a garage (narrow entrance but good parking place).

Elevator did not go to the top-floor one level with the stairs (not really a problem).
