Location was nice. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and smell free.

Windows facing the garden but no mosquito net. I got at least 4 bites 🙄. No hair dryer, kind of unique for a 3* hotel. Thw room door closed very hard, you had to snap it. 4 nights accomodation, the room was cleaned only once. Breakfast is boring to poor. Poor value for money. For 120 euro/night, I would search for something else😏.

the staff were very very nice, and the room was clean. Breakfast had all the things you need as well. And the location, oh boy. It was very close to the city center! Of course, Leuven is a small city so everything is in walking distance anyway, but still helps to be close to uni buildings and the restaurants, pubs, etc.

A few huge (dead/squashed) bugs on the wall maybe, that couldve been cleaned by the housekeeping staff were just left there. The room is clean in general but pretty old. They dont provide a lot of the basic amenities.

Room: When I booked I had an additional option for a room with a balcony and went for it. I was pleasantly surprised with the view I had. I also had another window view on a pleasant inner garden or patio. Breakfast: Very fulfilling. Value for money. What I expected from other stays in hotels in Leuven. Staff: Reception was very professional. Breakfast staff very helpful. Even opened up the access to the garden when asked by a guest who wanted to breakfast in the garden. The breakfast was the buffet type with European food. Room: Very clean and very big. I was amazed. It had a bath and a walk in shower. Separate toilet. Location: Please and easy 20 minutes walk to the Central station. Don't take the bus but walk as you will cross the Grote Markt with it's amazing architecture. You will also pass the location where all the student pubs are and the main shopping street and restaurant area.

Room for 3 people was ideal - double bed, then stair up to single bed under the high roof arch. Very quiet location whilst close to city centre. Helpful staff on reception. Generous with space.

Breakfast middle of the range, but not expecting deluxe at the price. Porridge option would have been good addition. For College's benefit - lighting not the most efficient. Would be well worth replacing any remaining incandescent bulbs, then fluorescent ones for LEDs.

The nice yard and green space to hang out. Also the staff were all very friendly and helpful. People staying at the hotel were also friendly.

You had to climb a hill to get to other part of the city. It was abit of a challenge. I wish there were more things provided in each room like hair dryer and iron.

Very calm, this is not a hotel but a college, situated in an old, extended building. You have to know it and if yo du you are fine. Cleaning was done every day. There is no TV, the room is very simple but has anything you need, anything is clean; People were quite friendly. And the situation, next to the center of the city an the University ist great.

Breakfast - selection of fresh fruits is a plus. Fresh products. Friendly and descrete personnel, Comfortable rooms with half open wardrobes (good idea). View on the court garden (unbeatable, priceless).

Modest choice of warm breakfast (boiled eggs only), coffee - low/average. Noise from neighbouring school during the day. Poor light in the conference room (former church)

Very well located, nice and friendly staff, beautiful historical place, nice showers, very good value for money. I would come again.

Very nice place, it has an interesting history, close to the center, quiet, very clean room. I went in winter, and the heating is excellent.

the bed a little bit narrow, but as I am small it was not a problem (it can be uncomfortable for bigger people though)

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly, welcoming staff. Location in city centre with parking facilities which is exceptional in Leuven. We came for the Docville festival and all locations were at walking distance. Huge garden: will be great on a sunny day.
