We had everything we needed, including a fan in the room (which is definitely needed in the summer) I read several negative reviews about the beds but honestly found them very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was decent and the staff was attentive. The bathroom was big and the shower was really good and clean. The location is superb and close walking distance to the city center.

The safe in the room was not attached to the closet which is a bit weird and counter-productive. Although the staff helped us with our luggage, it's important to note that the hotel does not have an elevator and is not disabilities accessible.

Great location near the train station. And though somewhat old, the building looks nice.

The age of the building results in some noises, which adds to the noise coming from the open terrace area (which is expected, and not an issue in the spring, however, in the summer, when sleeping with closed windows is not so convenient any longer, it could be a problem). A minor inconvenience was the timing of breakfast, starting only at 8 in the morning over the weekend, but this was also because I had to take early trains.

I was very impressed of the flexibility of the receptionist: They prepared my room quickly, to give me an early check-in, I could cancel my last night for personal reasons. I could see, that they are hardly busy, but still they paid attention to my issues, fulfilling all my wishes an on top exceptional friendly to me and among the team. I could see, that they have a very friendly, playfull and respectfull team-culture.

Very goo location, near the train station and main bus station. You could reach the city center and main attraction of foot. Surprisingly, even it is near the train station, no any noise from the outside. Nice breakfast and also nice meniu for the lunch and dinner. There is TV in a room, little fridge, safe. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Good shower.

The internet connection was not very good in a room.

the location is amazing, the room is big. breakfast is great. bathroom is big and comfy.

there was no AC in the room, and only 1 window that opens up. also the cleaning / maintence staff didn't speak english at all, which made simple stuff a bit more tricky.

We arrived early and were able to choose a nice spacious room with good facilities. Breakfast was adequate and the location was perfect, being close to the railway station.

The only downside was that there was no lift but the owner did help us with our luggage. The hotel would not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

It is near the station. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The room is bigger than I'm expecting. The breakfast is good. I wished I have stayed one night more.

Stairs till 3rd floor, but it's still manageable. a little bit of stairs won't hurt after 1 full day of biking. 🤭

No toiletries in the bathroom, no courtesy bottled water or tea facilities in the rooms. Also with no lift, there should be someone to assist with bags.

Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, location near by bus and train station, as well as parking (with extra charge), the room was clean and tidy. An ideal location for visiting the city and its surroundings. The stay was pleasant and without any complaints, we will come again

Location is excellent, immediately across the road from Leuven station. There is no lift and we were on the top floor but we were helped up the incredibly steep narrow staircase with our cases, not that we needed it, but it was all very jolly. Breakfast was ok as I recall.
