We had a really good time in this cute hotel, with lovely decoration in the staircase and dining-room. (In March it was Easter decoration.) The host is really kind and helpful, she does her best to make guest feel comfortable. She made nice breakfast for us, nice pencakes were waiting for us every morning (beside ham, cheese, eggs, yoghurts and others). We booked a quite small room, but despite its size, it has every necessities. From the room opens a toilet, but the private(!) shower with key - which was really clean and nice - opens from the staircase, so don't forget your slippers :) while 2 bathrobes belonged to the room for free. (There were bigger rooms with bathroom inside, too, we just didn't chose that). Location was perfect for us, because it's right next to the railway station, from which Brussels' center can be reached by 20-30 minutes.

The host was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the lavish breakfast that she put on. We also had a mini fridge with some complimentary drinks in our room. We stayed in a small double bedroom with a separate but private bathroom. The bedroom was a little too small for two people but we were glad to have an ensuite WC. The main bathroom was lovely. We liked the proximity to the train station too.

The bed linen was presumably clean but stained which was a little disappointing. The hotel is located a bit further away from Leuven Town centre than we would have liked.

Bright, fresh, modern decorations. Much attention to details. Lots of lighting details to make it bright. Super clean. Excellent breakfast very well presented - ready on table despite no staff being around. Friendly hostess on arrival. Helpful information provided beforehand concerning parking (for handicapped) though nearest is not by the door. Easy access to spacious ground floor room though couple of steps to get in house.

Could not stop or park next to property as at busy junction. Only a problem as my partner cannot walk very far, and despite busy traffic room was very well sound-proofed. On street parking can be found within reasonable normal walking distance. Normally would have easy foot access to station behind too but garden steps too steep for my partner without handrail. Suggest considering fitting hand rail?

Everything! I have stayed in Leuven for work 4 to 5 times a year for over 10 years. My first time choosing Daya and I'm gutted I haven't found this earlier. The host/owner was very welcoming, the room was very nice, a good size, clean and the bathroom was great. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and it all just felt like real value for money. The location is great too, right near the station. A real gem and I'm staying here every visit from now on!

The breakfast was far beyond my best expectation: copious and delicious, really excellent. The host is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. She also suggested to leave my luggage at the B&B while I had to do some things in Leuven, releasing me from me the burden to carry it around. I asked some information about how to reach a place in Leuven and she took me at the bus stop. Incredibly available and supportive.

Very friendly reception. Many ideas about what to do in Leuven and how to get there. Fantastic breakfast. Location can’t be beat, about 3-4 minutes walking to the central station, yet quiet in the evenings and at night.

Not much. Since it was 40 degrees when we were there, airco would have been welcome. However we were provided with a modern, quiet and efficient Dyson fan which did a pretty good job at keeping us comfortable.

Full stars all round !! Lovely and clean , central location for Leuven , the best breakfast I’ve ever been provided from a host. The Host was so friendly also and has a lovely little garden that can be used for guests to chill out if the sun is shining.

It was in a good location, clean, fabulous breakfast, wonderful host who really cared that we had a good time.

Wifi sometimes cut out but only a little bit. There was no AC but the windows were easily opened for a breeze and the Dyson fan did I really good job!

The location is right next to the train station and 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. Our host was super friendly, like a mom looking out for our needs. The breakfast was excellent, very tasty (especially the yoghurt bowl with fruit and nuts, yummm) and the room was big, modern and very clean. If we return to Leuven this will definitely be our first choice, great value for money!

Amazing accommodation, very close to the train station, quite and comfortable. The place was very clean, the personnel was very kind, helpful and the breakfasts was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom had everything that you would need and the free drinks in the minibar were a very nice touch.
