The host met and picked us up and was very congenial and interesting. The breakfasts were uniformly excellent and served in a charming room (with candles!). The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The small kitchenette looks very serviceable but we did not need to use it this time.

Be aware that in old houses, the stairways are steep and there is no elevator. Our room also included a steep stair that might give some people a bit of trouble, depending on your age and agility. For this room, a more specific description of the stair situation would help. The other rooms would be easier in general.

I stayed here for 3 nights for business trip (solo travel) and it was amazing. I wish I could stay longer. I would definitely recommend this B&B for: 1. Its great location (near main street but quiet and safe), 2. Friendly and warm host, Steven. 3. Lovely and great breakfast (choices of food). I also tried the homemade chocolate and orange bread puddings, they’re so nice! 4. My room is in the first floor, has access to the balcony, with high ceiling. It is bright and airy. I love room with big windows. The room and bathroom were cleaned everyday. Comfortable double bed. 5. The room has mini bar (espresso maker for capsules, electric kettle, many choices of teas, mini fridge with soft drinks, beers, wines). Two bottles of water were provided daily. I will come back, perhaps for holiday. Thank you, Steven!

Spacious rooms in a traditional noble house, well kept, refurbished with taste. 3 rooms to rent. Parking nearby is available for an extra fee. Good quality beds, coffee and tea making appliances for free. Breakfast room with large table for up to 7 guests, breakfast was good. Home made jams. Plenty of choice. Very friendly and correct hosts

Breakfast with No freshly cooked stuff. A bit over priced, but Leuven is not cheap. Steep staircases, 2 floors, avoid large heavy suitcases. I particularly disliked the glass walled toilet, but this is about personal taste

The location was good. The room was quiet overnight. Plenty of choice at breakfast, served at one large communal table. The host was very welcoming and friendly and helpful with tips for our visit. It was a lovely old house and there was a small outside terrace - great in good weather.

The en-suite shower room was rather public- it was a glass cube with some curtains to pull round, but you still felt you were sitting on the toilet in the middle of the bedroom. Otherwise, all good.

We liked the breakfast and everything else was very nice, I personally liked the decoration and the breakfast room 😋 We had our little cozy saloon to watch HBO, a lot of tea and the host was soooo friendly and I was sick and he gave me medicine 💊 🙃

The bed was very hard, and we did not like the pillow neither. There is a window on top of our bed that needs a blind We could not sleep because the light was coming through it early morning, we did not have a good rest 😪

Perfect Breakfast, really friendly and caring host. Extremely nice atmosphere. B and B at it´s best, although, it actually felt like a 5-Star Hotel to me :D. It is really clean and rooms are taken care of perfectly. There is a lot of little things in the room, that make you feel comfortable and welcome, like free Tea, fresh Towels, a little Fridge and so on. Will definitely go there again, next time i´m in Leuven. I saw a certificate on the table saying Steven got a 8,9 overall from Booking reviews. That is way too low. It´s a 9+ easily, a 10 for me.

Very clean, all needed facilities - easy parking in the street just in front of the door (with my partner’s handicapped card - otherwise is a blue disc area that makes it a bit more difficult as limited to two hours. Owners do offer alternative at small cost if needed). Excellent copious breakfast served to bedroom. of note delicious Parma ham style slices and boiled eggs cooked to perfection - how do they manage that when serving up to bedrooms? Also unusual and interesting modern artworks over bed and on facing wall - not the usual mass produced pictures at all. Very comfortable bed. Good coffee machine and free tea and coffee - wine in room for small payment if wanted. Mini fridge. Balcony to take a breath outside - I love having outside access.

The in-room bathroom and toilet unit was well designed and exceptionally clean. It just slightly grated on me that it took up so much of the room - longer term I guess I would either get used to it or not? It was modern and functional, indeed well designed, but I just felt it imposed a bit much on the space. My partner had no such feelings and just found it a great solution for the available space. There was still considerable space available for sitting etc. Note the room is up two flights of stairs (fitted with non-slip mats) Fortunately it was still within range of my slightly handicapped partner. The other room they have is higher still but I think has extra terrace. One bedroom chair was just beginning to look worn.

It was an an actual B&B. Lots of places operate with the anonymity of an Air B&B, but this felt more personal and service oriented. Location was on the edge of the ring, butnit was jusr a 15 minute walk to the centre.

They were redoing the cobbles during our stay. Not the property owner's fault thougj and they can't be blamed. Also, the bathroom walls are all glass (at least on our unit). A bit odd and discomforting for some. There is a curtain to provide privacy though.

We enjoyed the nice bedroom in the authentic townhouse with the high airy ceilings and high windows. Breakfast was a feats: "the art of the table" are no vain words. The welcoming owner(s) of the B&B made us feel 'at home, away from home', the way a B&B should be. And it is easy to walk from here or take a bus to town center or the main places of interest.

very nice neighborhood location - owner managed and owner is an exceptional host - very helpful - clean - wonderful and delicious breakfasts - has underground parking for a small up charge a couple blocks away - views from a pretty garden terrace on 3/4 th floor

was a bit surprised at the steps and ladder type stairs to access bedroom and beds in one of our rooms.
