Cosy and comfortable. Rooms are quiet and ours at least was very spacious. Travel back in time a bit and enjoy a bygone era but with the comfort of a good mattress and contemporary plumbing. There's a cosy back yard, or should I call it a garden, where you have an excellent breakfast outside, weather permitting. And Carmen gave us all the assistance and advice she could think of. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

I'm getting on a bit for two flights of narrowing stairs with luggage but that didn't stop the fun.

We stayed in the huge and beautifully furnished suite. Four poster bed, comfortable separate sitting area and enormous bathroom. The place was spotlessly clean and well-managed by Carmen. She not only welcomes you to her bed & breakfast and tells you some of the best places to visit, but she also makes a fantastic buffet breakfast in the morning. We had a view of the towering St Michael's Church. There is a very tasteful and pretty courtyard area that guests are encouraged to enjoy. When the windows are closed the room is very quiet, however if you keep the windows open at night, you can can hear the late night party revelers. The location was excellent for walking around Leuven. There were lots of great restaurants and bars nearby.

The shower is in a bathtub and the doors to close this area are very awkward and difficult to manage. Maybe a walk in shower would be better or a fixed glass panel on the bathtub.

Generally, nothing to complain about. It might be warm in the top rooms when it is hot outside - I had exceptional weather with almost 30'C outside.

The hotel owner works in the hotel and tries to see guests are comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, the room spacious, light-filled, and super clean and neat. Our room had a seating/tv room- a treat. We could walk to the center of town. Being among university buildings was interesting.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location near the centre of Leuven. The bedroom was very clean and spacious. A continental breakfast was provided with a variety of options available. The owner of the hotel Carmen was a very friendly and helpful host.

The hotel is very comfortable and friendly, with a great location right in the middle of Leuven and close to all the sights and restaurants. Carmen, who runs the hotel, has fantastic local knowledge and helped point out the best things to do and see in the city.

The location of this hotel can't be beat. It is easy to walk everywhere and the activities, restaurants and shops are all close by with many options. Carmen does a wonderful job of making one feel welcome and she is very helpful with any questions.

A little noisy at night with students on the streets, but easily remedied by closing a window.

Breakfast was typical continental cooked meat,cheese,eggs, fruit, yogurt. All fresh and well presented. The owner Carmen is very pleasant and helpful giving us a map and details of how to get to different places. We will certainly revisit if we're in the city again, would recommend.

Great location, close to the inner city but in a very quiet side street. Carmen, the host, is a very friendly and helpful person. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed hospitality of Carmen. We arrived late evening and she was waiting for us. The room was with 2 large beds (excellent for family with 2 kids). Clean bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Carmen helped with industruction how to reach what we here looking for in Leuven, including guidance where to eat, etc. She was very kind with us and appreciate her assistance and support.
