I liked that the location was quiet while still being close to the train station. The apartment was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Everything seemed clean to me. I also liked the common room with the kitchen so we could also prepare our own meals or socialize with other guests.

There was not much choice for a breakfast, I missed for example boiled eggs. Also, when more than few people were present, the space by the buffet was quite limited. However, the food was tasty and price was good.

Friendly staff, good location, new and clean facility and even a lounge area with kitchen facilities. Breakfast was fine and parking 10 min walk away convenient and reasonable price. They kept our bags during the morning too before we left after lunch. Thanks!

They gave us a very small twin room which had fire escape steps going down past the window, which only swung open, wouldn’t tip, so was not secure and had a rather warm night. Should have asked for a room swap but didn’t get around to it!

The latest time for check-in (not possible after 8pm). We didn't see this and arrived too late, reception closed and no-one picking up the phone, nobody called us to check despite the fact our number was communicated beforehand. We had to pay for another hotel for the first night :-((( We know that it was written in the conditions, but it's very unusual in Europe that reception closes at 8pm and we didn't expect this. Except from this the stay was great and the staff awesome.

I was in Leuven for a conference for a couple of days. I know the place quite well, and wanted to stay somewhere central and affordable. This met all these requirements. My train got in later than planned, and I could check in without anyone at the reception, which made things easier. It was a small room, but everything was very clean.

Next time I would forego the breakfast – you can get something nice for that in a nearby coffee shop. There should be an easy way to signal that no room service is needed (I really don't need my towels washed every day).

central location, friendly receptionist when we checked in, the lady gave us some very usefull information to get around the city. clean room with everything you need and a nice, comfy bead.

the member of staff that was looking after the breakfast in the morning was more concerned about telling his colligue about what he was doing the night before, rather than checking if the coffee machine was stocked.

The Ladeuze was a great little hotel. The location was an easy walk to the Hauptbahnhof and to the city center. It was much quieter than I thought it was be, the street outside was busy, but became quiet later in the evening. It was also an easy walk to the old city center. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helfpful. It was a wonderful little place.

Hotel Ladeuze is a nice small hotel that completely met my expectations. The room was small but had everything that I needed. The hotel and the room were clean. The location of the hotel is excellent because it is just a few blocks away from the heart of the city but it's still quiet around the hotel. When I stayed in the hotel, the Leuven Kermis (a local yearly festival) was on the nearby Ladeuzeplein and I still didn't experience any disturbance. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Maybe the sound insulation of the window in my room could have been a bit better because the noise from the street was quite loud in the daytime. Fortunately, the hotel is in a quiet part of the town and it didn't cause any problems in the nighttime.

Location is great, it is a few minutes walk from the city center. Inside the hotel there is a common space with sofas, kitchen and garden where you can prepare meals, chill or work. Rooms are clean, bed is comfy. People working there are really nice as well. Overall, I recommend this place.

Regarding the room, I would remove an armchair as it only takes place (there is another chair anyway) and put a small desk in the corner so that you can put your laptop and work. Once during my stay (7nights) the breakfast was already finished at 9:30 when it was supposed to last until 10, however, they provided it after I asked at the reception.

The location is very central. The staff was nice and bed was very comfortable. Value for money is great!

My toilet was dirty when I checked-in. I am not expecting a perfect cleanliness under some hard to reach spots, e.g. under the bed, but having a clean toilet is a minimum one should adhere to.

Excellent location, not far from the trainstation and from the city center. Very easy to orient. God place, clean rooms.
