The room was clean & comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the motorway. There was no tea or coffee making facilities available but you could order drinks both hot & cold and there was a convenient food store, Burger King and Starbucks self service next door so that was perfect. The bed was comfortable and spare pillows were provided. We would definitely use this again for a convenient and reasonably priced stay.

I am allergic to feathers and was set off by the pillows in the room. I should have checked and asked for replacements and most people love the comfort feel of feather pillows so this is not a negative for everyone.

best thing: the staff! the room was the best match for our needs ever and more than i thought i'd get, thanks to attentive and considerate reception staff. i hope to get the same one next time! location at first glance a bit strange but actually really easy to get to and walk and bike to town possible, perfect for us. room quiet despite the very nearby motorway, clean, comfortable.

some deep rumbling in the early hours of the morning from internal machinery some smell from canalisations when raining, keep the bathroom door closed possibly a bit cold in the room for some, especially when sitting for a long time, now the weather is turning and heating isn't yet in winter modus. wifi needs to be reinitialised about once every evening

An excellent room in a good location with brilliant air con and free wifi (I recommend an VPN). It is next to a Starbucks and Burger King for food and drink. The staff were very friendly too.

The TV in the room didn't work and the (not free) breakfast was very basic, not what was expected. The Starbucks opened late and closed early meaning it wasn't really available.

Great location, plenty of parking, that was the most important for us. We also arrived quite late, but had no problem with check in at all. Staff very nice and polite. Room was clean, bed comfy, we had everything what we needed.

- more directions to find the hotel in the city? - soap *outside* of the shower - 1 more towel for the hands?

Located at a Service Station, so plenty of food outlets available. Staff very helpful and approachable. Also a convenient bus service into Leuven.

The ‘bar’ was just drinks served by reception, with a couple of seats available, but in fairness that is nitpicking.

Good location, 7 mins outside of Leuven town. The ibis also has a burger king, Starbucks and a convenience store.

The bathroom was too small. There is no fridge in the room, very inconvenient for tourists.

I forgot my laptop in the .hotel room since I checked out early in the morning. I got a phone call from the receptionist and tell me that I left it there. I got it back. Thank you. Well recommend to anyone.

Room was clean and comfortable , Friendly and welcoming staff, breakfast available at additional cost, Burger King, Starbucks next door as well as the well stocked service station shop 😃

the staff were brilliant! The lady on reception was so helpful when the lights in the bathroom weren’t working and she changed our room with no problem!

It’s a little outside Leuven but we were able to get a taxi between 10-30€
