Hotel is conveniently located just a few steps from railway station. Staff were really nice and helpful (appears to be a family-run business) - they allowed us to store our suitcases for a couple of hours as we arrived prior to check-in time, and then assisted us to carry the bags up to our room on the third floor. Unfortunately due to an early departure to catch a flight, we never got to have breakfast there - one day we will go back to check it out.

Shower was only luke-warm, but that may have been due to the early morning hour (6 am) due to our need to get to the airport on time for our flight.

Hotel Industrie is a close 2 minute walk from the railway station and close to many of the other attractions nearby. The property fronts onto the square where there are weekend markets. Restaurants, cafes and grocery stores are close by.

Paying twice for the 3 days we spent there, 5th to 8th May. Booking.com took payment out for our accommodation on the 1st May. The hotel charged us again upon arrival. I have emailed them 2 or 3 times since our stay with the evidence of the double charge and they have not answered my email. Feeling very disappointed and disillusioned.

Location is pretty good, the room was spacious, clean, originally designed and equipped with everything you need. There was no AC, it was a big minus as the weather was crazy hot, but we knew it beforehand, so you can't complain. Breakfast was excellent

Hotel's restaurant waiters, who serve as the reception clerks as well, were confused about the hotel's promise to provide a reduction ticket for the parking lot, so getting it took some time and effort.

I stayed in one of the apartments. I was very impressed with the apartment. It was well serviced and kitted out with kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. I was able to avail of breakfast in Hotel Industrie. The apartment was very well located on the square opposite Leuven Railway Station. This is very convenient if you are travelling by train. I really enjoyed my stay, I highly recommend it, and I am likely to return at some point.

We had an apartment in a building just across the square from the main hotel. It was well equipped and in a lively part of town. It had a full kitchen , which we weren't expecting. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was excellent - one of the nicest I've had.

They have an agreement for parking with a local cinema. As with much parking in Leuven, it was underground, had very tight spaces and lots of concrete pillars. It was definitely secure, but directions how to drive there would have been helpful due to the traffic restrictions in the town centre.

Perfect location next to the train station. Friendly staff that tried to provide everything I asked for. There is a netflix and youtube on the tv that you can use which was perfect. Washing machine also came in handy.

It gets really hot during summer and the fan provided does not really work. The floor was not cleaned that well. A normal coffee machine (not filter one) would be nice.

The room had everything required. Even had a little air-con unit which was great during the hot summer evenings. Decent choice from the breakfast buffet. Hotel is pretty close to the train station but is about a 15 minute walk away from the main area.

Shame there wasn't private car parking but the staff were really helpful in sorting out a lower rate for the car park nearby (Kinepolis).

The hotel earns more than 1* - we would even give them 3*. Amazing breakfast in the hotel owned restaurant. The hotel does provide a coffee machine (coffee, espresso, cappuccino, chocolate, etc.), sorts of bread & bagels, eggs, sausage, cereals, fruits, veggies, yoghurt, etc.) Very friendly staff with the sense of customer care.

The room had no air condition only a mobile ventilator – so it was already quiet warm during our stay and maybe later in the summer, it could be even warmer ;-)

It was a nice hotel with good and friendly service, both bathrooms and shower were good. The beautiful stairwell is also really worth it! Furthermore, the breakfast was really great!

Only drawback we experienced was sometimes the noise from outside because the windows did not insulate the sound well

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was great and the location was just 2 minutes from the train station. The room was ok, not great, not terrible. Not as big as we've imagine. I would gladly comme back,, especially for the food 💜
