Clean, quiet, spacious room, really comfortable bed, friendly staff, good sized bathroom, really good breakfast, good location for what we needed (Bellewaerde theme park) and parking.

No reception and no entry details provided prior to arrival and had to make international call for building code. Although we arrived within advertised check in hours, we were unable to check in on the self service tablet provided, but the room key was available.

Large free parking at the back of the property, 15 minutes by car to Gent city center. There is no reception, online check in went smoothly. Room was spacious and had quality materials (i.e wooden floor and no carpet). Nice bathroom and shower with quality soap and shampoo.

Our room overlooked the main road. I slept well but I guess at times it can be noisy.

Although there is no reception and no staff except for breakfast, Lieselot, the owner, makes sure via sms that you have everything you need. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms are well equipped. There was no AC in mine but a fan was provided. There is complimentary tea and coffee.

Make sure to ask a room at the back. The main street can be noisy (ear plugs provided though !)

Perfect location, wide room, clean, close to restaurants and services. Excellent the free parking court!

My room faced the main street and was somehow noisy. It was not a problem for me but for people who need absolute silence to rest better ask a room facing the back court.

Door code for the back door didn’t seem to work so was a pain when trying to enter hotel from car park. However gaining access through the front wasn’t an issue.

Breakfast were really tasty. Lady which prepares breakfast is really hospitable. Hotel is really comfy and clean

Excellent, clean rooms, meeting modern comfort expectations. The breakfast (during COVID, served in the room) was excellent and very fresh. The beds are comfy box springs

There was no real staff although they helped us on the phone. No big deal after all.

Bloom Hotel is a brand new facility right in the centre of Lochristi. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely clean and tidy, every single detail is taken care of to perfection. It's a beautiful place to stay.

New Inn, amazing stuff, tasty breakfast. The room was sparkling clean with extremely comfortable beds. Very good, complimentary cosmetics in the bathroom. Nice local restaurant in the opposite of the Hotel with everyday menu.
