Good Location, Balcony, Good and pretty quiet A/C

Towels should be changed during the stay.

Wow, what a lovely stay. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and convenient. And yes, I could see Christ the Redeemer from my room, what a beautiful view! The staff were helpful and happy to help. Great location (once you know your way around). Plenty of cafes/restaurants opposite & very near by. Fridge in my room, bonus for my chocolate :) The room was airy, bright and refreshing. Toiletries provided. The shower was nice and warm. The hotel felt secure, you couldn't get into it unless it recognised your face. I would stay here again 100% Thanks guys :)

There is no option for late check-out. The latest they could do was 12-midday (which was appreciated but really need a couple of hours longer, knowing I had 24 hrs of travelling ahead of me). Check-in/registering- I had to complete a form beforehand via some app thing (which asked far too many questions & wanted a photo, etc, which I kinda get), but when you check-in at the hotel they ask you to fill in a similar form & then take another photo of you! Found it all a bit odd. (I get it's about security, but do 1 thing or the other, not both). Other than this, it was a super nice, comfortable stay.

Location was great. Very close to everything you need such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, the metro station and also you could walk to Urca, Botafogo Beach and Copacabana beach from here. My room had the view of Christ the Redemeer from my balcony and window.

Cleanliness could be improved. They do make-up the room daily by only making-up the bed and removing the trash but you have to pay extra to get your sheets and towels changed no matter how long you stay. They did not even changed my bedsheets and towels when I extended my stay for another week and when I asked, they told me I have to pay even though the extension of my stay was a different booking.

The host made me feel really welcome. I arrived early, so I was allowed me to leave my bags whilst the room was being cleaned. Then they took my bags to the room for me. A special touch was that they provided complimentary local snacks and drinks. I liked how it felt 'homely' and had little details like real plants and some artificial plants. There was an iron and ironing board, a clock, kitchen towels, lots of cooking utensils, cups, plates and cutlery, etc. Even magnets on the fridge of where to go and where to eat. I liked the no 'key system'. This made it so much easier going in and out plus you don't have to worry about losing your key or handing it back at checkout. There was a lift and security cameras plus a 24-hour security guard downstairs The space was laid out like a proper home.

I liked the property very much But to improve next time, it would be good to know where to put the rubbish. Needed instructions on how to operate the TV. The windows in the kitchen and bathroom. I wasn't sure if people could see in. There was nowhere to dry clothes. It said 'private beach'. This might be a mistake. It didn't matter though because the sea and beach was a very short walk.

The room was big and nice, and also the bed was huge. The hotel was near to restaurants and shops.

The wifi was slow and spotty all the time. There was only one guy at the reception that was able to speak english.

the management done by Viva is horrible. In a funny comparison the whole Hotel would be Twitter and Viva is Elon musk trying to make it look perfect and you end up being the user in a middle of a “battle” between then both

The apartment has a classic deco which was nice. It very spacious and mine include a double sofa bed. Kitchen was complete. There is a coffee maker. Toilet has a huge mirror and good shower water pressure. The bed was comfortable. The was a balcony with a good view of the city. There is a pool downstairs. Very close to the metro station. Very central with restaurants and shops nearby. The receptionists were friendly. Overall, a very pleasant stay with no major complaint.

Laundromat was not free to use. No rooftop access. Wifi was not usable.

The front desk service was very friendly. The hotel also has a self-service laundry. The Gym is well equiped. The pool is also nice, but sunlight exposure by the pool is limited to specific hours.

The room's furniture was a little old, the hotel's guests felt sketchy, the location is not super safe, but the hotel compensates with security tools such as elevators with access keys. I would not describe the place as family friendly.

Good simple basic semi annual bleach, grout replacement new calking needed. WiFi is ok for your room cost but if on business not good at all

Good spot. Cleanliness better than most in this price range. Resturants across the excellent price. Everyone is very friendly

The Room was very spacious everything you need if you was staying long term

The VivaKey system was very hard to use as the instruction are in Brazilian. This made checkin at the property very difficult, that said a very nice man on Reception was able to find my booking and check me in but the whole process took nearly an hour.
