Staff at the breakfast were the best! Five stars service staff. Location is handy with easy access to everywhere and to everything. However, the hotel looks like and fells like a 3 stars.

I feel the great staff hold the place together. The pictures look way better than reality, especially the pool area, gym and sauna (sauna off unless you ask to turn it on and wait for it to warm up) (gym open from 9am, so no early morning workout). The towels were weared and grayed and unfortunately I got a room with a very tiny little window below 1st floor level were I felt it was difficult to breathe.

Cleanliness not the best ,reception staff not that polite ( day time staff ) could be better ,this hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel ,pushing a 3 star and that is pushing it ,I paid for the suite real and was actually disappointed ,it is meant to be what the name says ,it ain’t ,very small room for over £100 pounds a night ,I choose this room specifically because of the balcony , the balcony didn’t fit a table .. that’s how small it was … disappointed

The hotel rooms and lobby seemed very modern.staff were friendly and breakfast was nice with a wide range or choices.

The pool and sauna seemed a little outdated. The sauna didn't seem to work.

We loved the location, which was close to the beach, restaurants and public transport.

The older model LCD television in our room was not working.

Breakfast was good, and enough. The fruits were fresh and the other foods were delicious. They have a toaster, I used it a lot :)

I really enjoyed there, breakfast was delicious, location to the beach is very good. The employees are very kind!

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and it met my expectations. I was able to check in with no issues ( I paid for the extra night since I arrived at 6 am and did not want to wait until 14:00). The location is central, next to everything a person might need during a vacation. It is a five-minute walk to a beach. The room itself was also better than expected. There is no view but the bed was comfortable and the room was not too small for two people. The bathroom was big but not very clean and prone to being wet all of the time. However, taking into consideration the tropical climate and the price this hotel charges, it was tolerable. Breakfast was rather limited but edible and better than at some other hotels we stayed at after this one. It was a quiet room so no complaints about this side either.

It felt wet and humid in the bathroom all of the time and the bathroom is old and not very pleasant to take shower. I believe the bathroom is the weakest part of the room I stayed in.

The quality/price was great, it included breakfast which was amazing, the place was clean, had facilities in therms of transport, the location is great near de beach and restaurants. it was exactly what I needed as a solo traveler.

Great place, close to the beach. The reception staff spoke good English. They were very friendly and helpful. You can also book tours via travel agency directly at the hotel. Very convenient. The windows in my room were double-glazed and completely muted out the sounds from the street. The room was very quiet. Good internet connection, allowed for video-conferencing.

Great location. Staff are really friendly, if a little over-worked sometimes when the hotel is full! The room is a good size, nice and clean and modern. The shower was generally good, and the wifi was a decent speed. The garage service is great (but VERY expensive). I'll definitely stay there again though.

The breakfast is fairly basic - the bread wasn't very good - but really I'm not that fussy. I think the weekend rate for the room is fairly expensive - more than it should be. The lifts can get a touch difficult when the hotel is full. The garage service is great but it's almost doubled in price since the last time I stayed there - I was actually shocked at the cost.
