Good hotel, good location, good room, good comunication, good brekfast. Cant miss booking here. We had an late flight so the hotel kept our luggadge for the whole day so we could go to the beach and provided a shower and towel afterwards.

Nothing we didnt like. I really can only recommend the hotel

Very nice hotel at a great location next to Copacabana beach. We had a room with a splendid sea-side view on the Copacabana - a bit more expensive than other rooms, but worth the additional money. At the top there is also a great roof top bar with a small pool to cool down (however, the Caipirinhas are less good than on the breach promenade). Staff is very friendly (particularly German-speaking Sascha at the Front desk) and the breakfast ist wonderful (also in a nice room with sea view). All in all a very good choice!

The Caipirinha by the night shift in the roof top bar was mediocre at best.

The location of this hotel is excellent - just across from the beach. The price includes beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The rooms have balconies which is a big plus. The breakfast was excellent (although it did take a bit of time for them to come round with tea). We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good (although it did take 40 minutes to come and the restaurant was not busy). The roof terrace is lovely.

On our second morning we reported to reception that the toilet took a long time to fill up. That continued for our whole stay which was not ideal. The wait at reception was lengthy to check out as only one person was on duty (and also lengthy wait to ask questions during our stay). The lifts are small and often quite long waits for them too. Daily housekeeping was quite superficial.

I loved the location and the view from the rooftop. The staff, Carlinhos who was our server in the mornings at breakfast and Paulinho at the beach, especially were phenomenal people and made our stay so much better. They were both very kind and helpful and gave us tons of recommendations of what to do during our stay. The view from the room was also breathtaking, from one side, the ocean, from the other Christ the redeemer! Breakfast was well served, with many options for all tastes and the drinks at the rooftop bar were delicious and fairly priced.

The pool is tiny, and it is not very deep at all. That was unfortunate as the hotel pool quickly filled up during my stay - if you like chilling by the pool, and swimming during your vacation I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The hotel rooms are also not very soundproof and I could hear my neighbors loud and clear. I could even hear them in the bathroom, that was not fun.

The location can't be bitten, almost next to the Copacabana Palace, literally across the street from the beach. The layout of the room was super and the hotel in overall looks quite fresh. The pool area is very neat and the view from the gym makes you wanna workout more.

The bathroom was somewhat clean but could be a bit cleaner, for example, there was a little bit of mold (not much) in between the tiles. An extra towel hanger in the bathroom would also be valuable. If I'm being picky, the elevator can take ages to come (but did not really impact my overall experience, which was great).

Prosecco at check in, free early check in, balcony, quiet rooms, large and comfortable bed, AMAZING breakfast with 8 types of fresh fruit, smoothies and fresh fruit juices, fresh bread, god choice of coffees and teas to order, bottomless breakfast every day, friendly and helpful staff, excellent and well priced restaurant for lunch and dinner, free late check out, comfortable lobby, warm rooftop pool with beautiful views of the Copacabana, free pool towels, private sun-umbrellas and beach towels at the beach, staff will watch your belongings at the beach, very comfortable stay overall

only two elevators that can take a long time to come, understaffed at the restaurant for dinner so slow service

The Reception staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff were attentive, friendly and kind. The location is fabulous, just across the road from Copacabana Beach. The breakfasts were fabulous with a wide range of choices. The pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had! Everything was clean. There are lots of good and reasonably priced restaurants within a 5 minute walk along the main, busy and well-lit road. We always felt safe. Would definitely recommend to others.

A mirror in the main room would've been useful in addition to the one in the bathroom. But that's being a bit picky!!

The perfect location, right on the beach. Our 12th floor room had a balcony on the side of the building, and we could see the beach on the left and the mountain with Christ the Redeemer on the right. The views from the rooftop pool area are gorgeous. The receptionists spoke good English, and people in the breakfast room were very nice and attentive. I think the ability to communicate in English is very much appreciated in this touristy area, and the hotel seems to be very popular with foreigners. The breakfast was good, with the wonderful views in the breakfast room. We also liked that there was an electric kettle in the room, it was very convenient, we could have a cup of tea anytime we wanted.

Staff outstanding & helpful, even at the beach or setting-up tour; brkft. good variety for everyone & liked that it was available until 10:30; view was nice, & location we good.

I understand, it wasn’t hotel’s fault that UA cancelled our flight & we missed the first night, but still had to pay full amount. Disappointing portion of nightly rate couldn’t be recovered. Again, UA is at fault. Only other really minor issue, which the hotel cannot do anything about is the elevators (small & sometimes only 1 of the 2 are working for the entire Bldg.), which created long waits.

Amazing and helpfull staff, great room and bed and very nice location! We came back a week after our initial stay waiting for our flight home and could store our luggage and make use of the beach/pool. The staff was so nice and arranged everything. I would definately come back again!
