The hotel and rooms looked exactly how they did in the pictures. The breakfast was nice, hotel staff were nice particularly Gabriel and Marina. Gabriel was very helpful with giving advice and spoke good clear English which was great as I’m from England.

There’s wasn’t nothing really to dislike, but as mentioned before by someone, maybe the towels could be whiter and a think blanket on the bed instead of a sheet.

We are a group of 5 friends and we like to be all in one room. This hotel is one of the few hotels that offer a room like that in Copacabana. The price was very well compared to the other hotels. The metro station is close, good food options in the neighbourhood and there is a small shop with acai desserts right around the corner and we went there every day. If you have a room with sea view you will have an amazing panorama of Copacabana beach. Breakfast was very good. This hotel offers some tours of popular sites in Rio and makes reservations for you. The pool is a nice edition but a bit small

No pool towels, just normal towels. This hotel is a bit old. It has everything you need but it showed its age. Windows and elevators worked perfectly but a bit old and worn out. Beds were a bit stiff

The breakfast was way better than we expected, the location was great and our room had an ocean view so that was amazing. I would use this hotel again in the future.

The windows made a lot of noise because of the wind so we had to support the gaps with some flip flops. The air condition in one of our rooms had some kind of electrical issue but worked well most fonte time. We tried to use the sauna next to the pool but it was not working. I just mentioned these things for a chance to improve but it wasn’t a big deal.

Proximity to beach, many restaurants, vendors, beach towels provided, clean, excellent buffet breakfast!

The towels are old and need to be bleached white or replaced entirely. Would have been nice to have a light-weight blanket on the beds instead of just the sheet for a cover. Also, fitted sheets for the beds would be better so they don’t come undone.

Staff was nice, clean, and a excellent location to restaurants right around the corner!

This is common in Brazil, so by no means a deal breaker. The hallways are of tile, so it can be loud with guests going to their rooms. I tried to go to bed early for a 3am departure from hotel, however the always were just too loud.

The rooms were huge and clean! in general the hotel was good as well as the breakfast and the staff were very friendly. It didn’t smell so great in the hallways and our room was on level 1 so it was very noisy but in general it was good value for money! great location!

Breakfast was great if you chose to eat at the hotel. Location was excellent. Close to metro if you want to go center or to many other locations.

You can really hear the noise from the pool at our room. There were no chairs or anything on the balcony to sit and enjoy.

The location is excellent, in front of the beach. The breakfast was also very good, with many options. We also enjoyed the view from the swimming pool.

I asked for a baby crib on the reservation and when I arrived, but they did not provide it. Although the hotel is in front of the beach, the view in my room (from the old buildings behind) was not so nice.

I love the location of the hotel,the staff was also very helpful and the service was great the breakfast was excellent. I would stay at this hotel again
