Mirasol Copacabana Hotel

The hotel exceed our expectations . Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Very easy to find, and very convenient to go to the beach just 5 minutes walk.. with free beach towels Breakfast buffet was top, always bringing more food . The steam room/ sauna and not deep pool very convenient .. the view in the evening was spectacular .. We felt very safe walking to the hotel even in the evening . Metro and shopping just one block walk

The only thing is the light of the corridor did not work well on floor 11 when leaving the room . You walk for a minute or 2 in the full darkness..and to be very careful the swimming pool is not deep at all ..

The breakfast was very good, great variety of food, well prepared and delicious. The room was very spacious, with a big bathroom and even a sauna. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the beach, close to good restaurants and easy access to public transport and taxi.

The wifi in the room could be better, I ended up using my mobie data most of the time because the wifi was very slow. The aircon in the room was efficient but extremely noisy.

We have loved the ambiance created from the whole staff spirit of welcoming, in the best meaning of the word. The location is unique, the beds, the shower, the staff ( reception and food service, both reactive and...cool), the breakfast buffet, the terrace!

Pidgeons making noise in the early morning as they stay in the air conditioned boxes on the façade of the rooms (;)!

The location is very central. Close to the beach, pubs, bus lines, and the metro. The breakfast was fantastic. It varied daily and was top quality. The staff were polite and very helpful.

The room I stayed in seemed like it had been added to the hotel as an afterthought. I had to go through the fire escape door to access it. The towels were clean, but were quite old and becoming threadbare.

The location of this hotel is just perfect, just 250 metres away from Copacabana beach and everything else that you may require, be it restaurants, supermarket, laundry etc etc is just a stone's throw away from the Hotel.

This ofcourse is a bit too much to expect, but they don't have any room with a sea view even in their top floor. If at all there was one, it would have been a cherry on top of the cake.

The location was perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants and the subway station was around the corner. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use an update.

Great location, beach less than 5mins away. Supermarket around 2mins away. Good breakfast. Room size was good.

Check in was a bit slow; but that might be down to other guests rather than hotel staff.

I think the TV could be smart, want say should be more Morden.

It's a great place to stay. Breakfast is just amazing. Best option in that area. Very good when it comes to visit Rio for a week or two.
