Comfortable beds, clean, right on the beach, great location.

Some confusion at checkin but otherwise fine. They asked for a small tourist tax at checkout which was not substantial but when pressed they said it wasn’t actually mandatory. I don’t like that they do that- it feels predatory and like someone is taking advantage. It wasn’t the sum - it was the way it was requested. And when pressed, they said I didn’t have to pay!

Pefectly located in one of the best beaches in Brasil, for its view, the crowd, services, and the splendorous and vigorous neighbourhood of Ipanema. Great breakfast, the staff was kind and willing to help. And the room was confortable enoughm with a beautiful view of the beach.

I believe that the rooftop (and sits in it) is small for the amount of travelers passing by the hotel. The pool too. The cleaning personal have to use the same elevators than the tourists (they don't have one for their own), so that was inconvenient at certain moments of the day.

The location was excellent being right opposite the Ipanema Beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast was good and the rooftop bar and pool with deck chairs was lovely. The Gym was good to have.

The check in was difficult we were asked to fill in forms that we had already filled in online a few times before. When we got to our room the Porter left us and I noticed that even though I had made a request some weeks back and got confirmation for 2 extra pillows they were not there so i had to call him back and he brought the pillow then we couldn't operate the safe so we had to call the Porter back again to show us how. The aircon was too high and again we had to call the porter to show us how to adjust it. Surely all the above could have been done on initial check in and not dump us with our luggage and then walk off. To get to the lovely Beach we had to cross vey busy highway which was tricky. The room looked much smaller than in the pictures on booking .com

The amazing location and the hotel provides beach towels, chairs and umbrellas at no extra charge. This is a great extra touch.

The lifts were very slow at times. Also didn’t like that Wifi disconnects once you have checked out. We needed it for our Uber to the airport later in the day.

spacious room. looks small from the floor elevator but long and spacious inside. staff are very nice. security is on the look out all the time. if they don't know you expect to be questioned. best location in ipanema beach. breakfast was good

-when theres a lot of people in the front desk, wait time is longer and staff don't tell people waiting in line "HI JUST A MOMENT" just to acknowledge and assure them they'll be taken care of. -houskeeping NEVER stole anything but i noticed some zippers on luggage were open that im sure i closed -bathroom toilet bowl a lil stinky

The hotel is in a great location at Ipanema if that's where you want to be. Right on the beach, very close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. A short walk to the metro. Great location is you want to be close to the beach, but easy enough to get around to other locations in Rio. Walking distance to Copacabana. The breakfasts were just amazing. A great spread and the staff are all great. Shout out to Marcio and Thiago at the from desk who were so helpful. This was our first visit and location perfect for that.

The staff! Very trevlig and helpful. They try to solve all problems and wishes to please the guests. The view from the pool area is spectacular! Very good location.

Some rooms from the back side can be a little dark with a sad and uncomfortable view. The pool area is very little! Maximum 8 people can enjoy att the same time for not be so crowded. Too little space for more "guarda sol". The pool itself is too little.

Love the location. Stayed here three times now and it never disappoint

There was a strange odor near our bathroom. Wasn’t too bad perhaps the massive rain backed up some of the sewage system

Location was the best about hotel. Other highlights were attention and carisma of staff, very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Their included breakfast was delicious, multiple options and with a great view.

The offered tours pamphlet was very lacking, I suggested them to add a few options. I had a loud neighbor, and another smoking neighbor, but only for 1 night (not sure if they stayed only the night or were "taken care of" by the hotel). I saw some guests complaining that the breakfast room was a bit tight but I didn't mind.
