Pest control could have been better

Great hotel. Stayed here for 12 nights with family with 3 kids aged 0- 8 years. Good breakfast. Great staff. Ate at the hotel in the evening at several occasions. The kids were very pleased with the kids menu. But for us adults (just leaving Scandinavia and had no cravings for Scandinavian influensed food) the menu was, to be honest, not that exciting. That is the only downside to the hotel. We loved the swimmingpool. It is so well maintained and is under absolutely gorgeous frangipani trees. Location is great. Easy walkable to many great restaurants and amazing drinks and coffee just around the corner at "the breakfast time". And not far from down town either by foot or tuk-tuk. Also used the hotel's tuk-tuk services and were very happy with both drivers and competitive prices. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Leaving Babel boutique and the lovely staff made ua feel the blues. Go here. You will nit regret it!

Loved it all

The rooms were spacious and clean with basic amenities all provided. Body wash and shampoo smelled great with ingredients sourced locally (can be bought separately if you want to bring back). There were some mosquitoes but the hotel is prepared with repellants and electric swat. Ambience of the hotel is very peaceful and we felt safe hanging out late within the compound. Breakfast options were decent with filling portions. Loved their mildly cardamom infused pancake. There are meals with reasonable price in the hotel restaurant itself. The hotel bar has interesting selection of cocktails made with local ingredients. Tried their dragonfruit and chilli cocktail which was wonderfully spicy. The staffs especially were friendly and helpful throughout our stay there. The hotel provides tours and staffs do help plan itineraries if you're unsure of where to visit. We requested for airport pickup (at additional cost) and Sojeat ended up becoming our minivan driver for the next 3 days for various tours. He gives good recommendations and it was comfortable travelling with him as he handled our group of 6 well.

Overall, the bathroom and toilet bowl were very clean as staffs do clean daily. Only concern is bathroom had textured floor and walls so it had grime in certain spots mostly at the edges. It's a minor eyesore and a good scrubbing would remove them surely.

Negatives - there are none!!! Suggestions - only one. There was plenty of space in the room for me to practice yoga and if a spare mat had been available that would have been an amazing place to practice

Great value hotel, clean rooms, and great service both before and during our stay, the staff is most helpful. Lovely pool, but deep so not that easy for small kids. Location was ok, we relied on tuk-tuks to take us anywhere in the heat, the staff was always helping us ordering one- and they have their own staff. Eco-friendly hotel which is admirable. They have many eco friendly advice on tours, restaurants aso, and we did a lovely village tour with Dara. Would definitely stay here again, but with small kids I would rather have stayed at their sister hotel babel guesthouse.

The hotel was very well decorated and very clean. Same goes for our room. Everything was working as expected and the staff was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast and rest of the food at the restaurant was exceptional and much much better than we expected. We ate a lot at the restaurant and everything we tried was great. Prices were pretty reasonable too for hotel food.

The only thing that was not ideal was that the hotel was on the further side, location wise. It took us 15 min walking to reach pub street. That was not a big issue though.

Beautifully decorated. Very calm and serene place to stay in the heart of Wat Bo village. Our room was huge. Lots of breakfast options, we tried them all and they were all lovely. Fantastic cocktails mixed by Mey. Our driver Heang was great and took us wherever we wanted to go . All the staff were really friendly and spoke really good English. Bonus frangipani fringed pool to cool down in.

I was so happy at this hotel. It will remain a fond memory, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The breakfast was delicious, other guests there were nice and interesting, the tour guide they booked for us was lovely, the pool small but perfectly formed. I particularly liked their guidebook to Siem Reap! A nice area with some more interesting places to eat around.

The water could have been slightly hotter for the bath. An insignificant niggle, I loved everything else about our stay.

The breakfast is fantastic! The staff are friendly and welcoming! The rooms are wonderfully big and the decor is so lovely! We really enjoy staying here!

This was my second time staying here. This time the bar staff struggled to know how to make the specialty cocktails like I had previously had from your menu.

The place is quiet and clean. Around 17 mins to the Pub Street by foot, and the breakfast is nice. I must recommend to try their Tour, the Tuk Tuk driver is so nice and considerate. You can customize the tour with a deep insight to the Angkor Thorm, the price is good! Truly recommend.

Mosquitos bite me during my last stay. Hope some actions could be taken, but it is still manageable.
