The location, the plants around the pool, the staff, the quietness

The staff is very quickly overwhelmed; the manager mister Tra is very nice and able but he has to do everything in the hotel, including the cooking; the rest of the staff isn’t trained enough. Breakfast starts only at 7 o’clock and everybody comes at that time because they want to leave to Angkor but it took us 1 hour 30 mn to get breakfast on the first day and 1 hour on the second one with lots of things brought one by one and lots missing too. However, since everyone is very nice and the hotel has been quite affected during COVID we have to forgive them but they have to improve if they want the hotel to have the same standard as before. Not enough sun beds around the swimming pool.

Comfortable quiet room, really comfortable big bed, spacious and strong shower, good wifi. Pool was nice to have. Our tuktuk driver "Mr. Cobra" was great, he picked us up and dropped us off to the airport and gave us a tour of Angkor Wat at sunrise. Would highly recommend requesting him.

The rooms are quite dark due to the tint on the only window and the corridor outside. The staff seemed young and inexperienced and often couldn't help with basic tasks or questions.

"The Oasis Harbor" is one of "the cheapest places" for money, but "ONE OF THE BEST" depending on STAFF! Very friendly and welcoming team that spoke very good English. Super comfortable beds. Excellent bathroom with rain shower and big bath. All the room facilities including air-con, mini fridge, bathrobes, drinking water, kettle. A 15 min free massage was a great touch as was the welcome drink. Loungers near the pool were very comfortable a d the pool itself clean and although not large sufficient for a refreshing dip here and then. Nice option to have a take away sandwich for breakfast if had to leave early for sunrise tour or to catch a bus. Little book exchange corner. Away from the town centre, good to have a bicycle to commute there and back when necessary.

We had a great stay here. Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. The setting is relaxing and nice, with all of the rooms in a courtyard with trees and a pool. The cleaning crew is fantastic, doing a daily clean on the rooms. We'd especially like to thank the man at the front desk for going above and beyond. My partner had left a few things in the room, and he came all the way to the bus stop to get it to us before we took off -- extremely nice of him!

Seemed like some old sheets that had stains on them, but it was no big deal -- they are clean

The room was spacious and clean. Kettle, fridge in the room as well and a safe. The swimming pool was good too, clean and nice area to sit. The staff were very helpful as well. Nice peaceful area and easy walk to main area. Safe area as well. The breakfast was reasonable, not the biggest but sufficient. The coffee is very strong and wouldn't be to everyones taste and the juice is not fresh juice. Overall a pleasant place to stay at a good price.

Maybe bigger breakfast would be nice. Otherwise good overall.

The staff was exceptional, so friendly and helpful 24 hours a day. The rooms are spacious and clean, daily cleaning included. We loved the breakfast selection with American, Asian, Vegetarian, Pancake and Yogurt&Muesli being available. The pancakes were great! There was also a private parking so we didn’t need to worry about our motorbike. The hotel garden looks lovely and truly makes one feel like you’re in an oasis of a kind.

The speed of WiFi wasn’t that great and sometimes the connection simply broke off.

It was a great stay! The staff makes it a 5* experience, they really are the sweetest. We loved everybody but I wanted to give a shoutout to Sopheav and Ocurn (I hope I spell your names correctly). The pool is lovely, and the beds are very comfortable. The cocktails are great and the happy hour is a super good deal.

A mosquito net would be nice, as there are many mosquitos around. It's also very noisy, bring earplugs with you. Cleaning wasn't the best but sufficient for a few days. Restaurant serves great food but is a bit overpriced.

I have stayed in over 25 hotels in Asia in the last 12 months. For service, friendliness of staff, and quality of the food, this hotel is my personal favorite. The pool is a good size, the rooms are immaculate and large, but the big winner is the quality and friendliness of all the staff. It even benefits from having a large gym next door which is only $0 .73 cents per day. Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting, lovely pool area. Small but ideal after long days at Angkor Wat. Quite location. Friendly helpful staff especially tuk tuk drivers. Food was very good at breakfast and evenings. May be limited for vegetarians. Slight confusion due to language, but readily resolved and in good humour between us. Our fault for not being multi lingual. 🙂

Being located in quiet area, meant it wasn't easy to walk to main centre but tuk tuks so cheap and accessible resolved that easily.
