I been here for three nights everything was great. Staff is very friendly , good foods, the room was clean and cool enough for the aircon. Swimming pool is good for relaxing after tied from the tour. The hostel also arrange the tour to Angkor and the floating village as well. If you need information or question please looking to Ms Sinorn she can give you all the information about the Siem Reap trip. I am very enjoyed my stay in Chilled Backpacker.

Perfect place to stay. Nice dorms with lockers, a great happy hour, and excellent food, pool is also great.. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Sinorn, She did show me the good attractions to do in Siem Reap they make booking tours to Angkor Wat and other attractions very easy as well as arranging cheap airport transportation. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great hostel with a good social scene. They can arrange tours for you too. Staff are super friendly and helpful! Close to city centre but away from all the noise. The pool is fantastic after a hot day of exploring ancient ruins. Good local places for breakfast and other meals right around the corner.

Bathroom floor gets wet every time someone has a shower. Bathroom door lock needed fixing. They try to convince you to go on the sunrise tour of Angkor Wat (4:30am!), but at the agencies in town you can arrange a later tour (leaving at 9:30am) and stay for the sunset.

I had an incredible experience at Siem Reap Chilled Backpacker in Cambodia. The staff was truly awesome, displaying excellent manners throughout my stay. Their hospitality added a special touch to the overall experience. The room was exceptionally clean and pleasant, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hostel is situated in a prime location, providing convenient access to key attractions and amenities. My time there was truly memorable, thanks to the fantastic staff, clean accommodations, and the excellent location.

I booked one night but I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was really nice. The staff was super nice and helpful. I took 2 tours from the hostel, Angor wat and floating village, both really good. Breakfast also good and cheap The reception girl name Sinon was nice and helped me book the bus to Phnom Penh!

The best thing was that we asked staff to provide us quiet room and they did it! In Vietnam they usually answer "yes" and don't give a heck. But here room was really quiet. Windows were not facing swimming pool site. The only noise was from birds early morning :)

Prices on motorbikes could be more fare. They are insanely high everywhere in Cambodia (at least, comparing with Vietnam). Regarding renting motorbike in this particular hotel: you can go out to the neighbor hotel and find better prices there. Considering amount of guests in this hotel, prices could be lower. But it's just my opinion.

The room was of a decent size, and in addition to the bed it had a proper wooden desk and a shower with a bathtub (unusual for budget accommodation in SE Asia). The staff were very helpful in organising tours to Angkor Wat, including personal drivers for the day. There are two restaurants/cafes just around the corner from the hostel, and a small supermarket and an ATM one block further along, so you shouldn't have trouble getting food. Overall, the place had a very chill vibe.

The only issue with my room was that the door would catch on the ground, making it a bit difficult/noisy to close; this might have just been my room though, and I mentioned it to the staff so it might be fixed by now. Also, some rooms' windows open out onto another building rather than having a view. The location is a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Siem Reap, but there's still plenty of places to get food near the hostel.

Nice hostel with good atmosphere. Had tours you could book, busses, laundry service, pool, a pool bar with drinks and nice food for reasonable prices. Couldn't ask for more :)

Nothing much really. A little far from pub street and old market - 20 min walk, but thats okay. Also the windows don't keep the noise out so we could clearly hear the pool bar in the evening as we were going to bed. Lastly i wouldn't recommend the laundry service. It was clean, but we had stains of washing powder everywhere on our clothes when we got it back.

Great location and great value for money! Staff were very friendly and nice. Pool was big. They had all sorts of tours and bus services behind the desk so you can plan your trip accordingly, this is very helpful!

The water kept coming out brown when we first used it every morning, the aircon didn’t seem to do much but the fan was also in the room so that helped! Shame everything is closed but we understand because it is still very quiet! Plenty of options nearby so don’t worry!

Really good hostel, we spent 9 days here in a private room. The people working at reception were amazing, always helping you to book bus tickets, rent bicycles, do your laundry or just answer your questions. They are always managing things for guests, don't stop working. 90% of this rating is for them, as the hostel facilities are as good as any other, which does not mean they were not good. On the contrary. Swimming pool is very good and the food at the bar was good as well. Room was big, with a desk. Air conditioning was good and also the shower. Very confortable. Location is convenient: not too far from the city center (a place where I don't think I'd like to stay, anyway) and quite good to start you bicycle trip to Angkor (i.e., north of town). You have good places around to eat, buy water and so on.

I could live without the loud music and party hostel mood.
